Since the newest upgrade to Zoom, I have noticed two annoying changes: - When creating a new meeting, the drop-downs for selecting time are only on the hour and half-hour. I have many meetings that start or end at multiples of 15 (e.g. 10:15, 11:45). Does anyone know whether this can be modified anywhere in settings? - when saving to my calendar, the notes no longer include the name and start time of the session (only the link, meeting ID and passcode. Again, is it possible to change this somewhere under settings? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks, parscarm

I often hear a loud beep during a Zoom meeting and the Zoom itself freezes. Is there a countermeasure? My friend's PC is i7 and the memory is 16GB. It uses fiber optic WAN and high speed WiFi. It started to occur after changing the memory from 4GB x 2 to 8GB x 2. At the same time, the storage is being changed from HDD 1TB to SSD 1TB.

I live in a pretty troublesome country and often have power outages which kick the hosts out of meetings and in most cases I get the host role. I am wondering, how does this whole system work? How is the most relevant user picked? While Zoom's support website says it's completely random, it is just not. And it is not consistent either.

Hi -- I am a matchmaker and need to set up a meeting on my account for four people, then the two matchmakers need to exit the meeting and permit the remaining two people to stay online indefinitely. The two matchmakers will be making virtual introductions then need to excuse ourselves ... Please advise what settings I need to make to allow all to join, then allow two to leave the meeting.

I would like to create a passcode (password) for people who enter my meetings at my Personal Meeting ID #. Is this possible, and how? Thanks.
I tried and tested it with someone, but it did not work.
Hi, When I'm sending a message in the chat in the main room and then send participants to breakout rooms, they can no longer see the chat. As far as I know the chat 'follows you' and it used to be the case but doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Can anyone help with that? Thanks

i want to give access to my account to someone else, so they could also set up meetings on my account
i don't want to give them unfettered access to my account; really just the ability to add meetings themselves
