I held a webinar last week and the attendees  got this message when they tried to open the zoom link provided to them.  The same link was given on confirmation of their booking on our ticket site.  Some people got in perfetly and some could not and I had to look for emails and invite them from a meeting which is not on when you have 80 people to get in and only 44 managed to join?  Were we doing something wrong?  We have another next Monday?

For the last two years I've been able to record my gallery view, complete with those with no video, directly to my custom YouTube link no problems. I don't record to cloud or local. I'm always set as main host, so how I set my view should be exactly what goes to YouTube

Recently what goes to YouTube now is only a gallery view of those with video, so we don't now have a record of the non visible attendees. I've tried all the hide/unhide non video checkboxes in settings. Using version 5.14.6   Previous recent updates had same issue.

When sharing my screen to display a series of still images, I often encounter a situation where I change to a new image, but other participants still see the previous one. Refreshing my screen by minimizing and restoring sometimes seems to trigger a change for the other users, but sometimes not. This problem occurs regardless of what application I am using to show the images. I have not seen this issue when others are displaying their images, so I suspect it's somehow related to my system or Zoom connection.

Any idea what's causing this and what to do about it?

After yesterdays update, my screen does repetitive motions (frozen , but keeps moving) and then goes to green screen. It has happened during two different meetings over 24 hours. Turning my video off and on restarts it, but then it happens again within a minute or two.
