hi, my problem is that other people cant hear me on calls and i cant hear them. before joining the call, when i test my speakers and mic, everything works perfectly fine. but as soon as i join the call, i cant hear anything and other cant hear me. i've tried reinstalling the desktop client multiple times but the problem still persists. my client is also fully updated. i'm using a macbook pro version 13.x.x. can someone please help me, this is really frustrating : (

I host a meeting, participants raise hands so I know who spoke and who has not. When I send them to breakout rooms and they come back to the meeting - all hands are down.
Can I make zoom remember raise hand statuses, even after breakout rooms?
Hello All, I am facing a strange issue during zoom meetings. I am using Logitech C270 external USB webcam, every 3 minutes, webcam is being stopped suddeny, then I am starting again, I have also updated driver, changed USB port, but nothing changed. I have also confirmed at out of Zoom plaftorm, example Skype, webcam is running without any stop greatly, so it seems there is no hardware issue. Is there anyone who faces same problem and any solution proposal?

Does anyone know if I'm abel to find a list of people who where in the waiting room after the meeting ended? What does it mean when the meeting is in session but users are left in the waiting room with a message that says "waiting for host" Thank you

I am using Safari. I recently updated my Zoom software. I also went on the advanced tab and selected breakout rooms and clicked all (4) options. I want to manually select the attendees. We have an event with a professor who wants (5) in each room with a trained moderator. I downloaded the CSV template which used Numbers on my MacBook Pro. I added the room names and email addresses. I understand that each attendee needs to have an email address associated with their Zoom software on their device. I wanted to preassign the breakout rooms since we have 15 rooms. I uploaded the CVS file but nothing uploaded. I saw that I could manually add each name again. We have 76 names. I then tried drag and dropping the file. Still no luck. I read the community conversation where they suggested I upload the template to confirm it was working. Still no luck. I then tried copying all of the information on Microsoft Excel but still no luck. I am doing this on scheduled Zoom meeting, I click on options and upload the CSV file. I have a Pro account. Please help. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there, I use my iPad for my zoom meeting. When I share my screen with my students (to play a YouTube video), my students can hear the sound and see the video, but on my iPad, I cannot hear the sound of the played YouTube video. Thanks in advance. xing li

We have opened a new account as our old one was under an employee's name who has retired from the company. How do we have the recordings that are still under the old account transferred to the new one?
