My boss wants me to run his zoom meeting slides and wants to make me the host. Will all his account features be transferred to me i.e. the unlimited time when he makes me a host? or will the meeting be cut off?
During meeting when sharing screen and playing a video or song the participants can not hear the audio. Share sound button is selected. We have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom still the same issues. We are using a PC. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi! I use Zoom for various music-teaching tasks. I frequently want to switch back and forth between being on-camera with a webcam using the webcam audio, to, using a different video and audio source and audio preferences. With these audio-settings, I have Zoom set for regular auto-audio-adjustment chat with the webcam, and music settings with auto-audio-adjustment turned off for the other video source I'd like to be able to switch back and forth instantly between the two sets of audio/video settings and preferences. I have been able to set up a Macro in OSC to open settings and switch the audio and video sources, but am unable to create a macro to switch the audio preferences (like auto-adjust, etc.). Part of this is that the preferences move around geographically in the Audio Setting window depending on what is currently selected. Also the Audio Preferences (other than mute, unmute, etc.) are not controllable by Zoom Hot-Keys. Can anyone think of a way around this? Or is there a way to switch between two complete settings/preferences profiles mid-meeting? Thanks!

I've scheduled countless zoom meetings over the last few years. Suddenly this week, when I open the meeting, I'm NOT getting the usual prompt box that reads "join with audio." I get an alternate box labeled JOIN WITH AUDIO but it's light gray with phone numbers and a drop down choose country option. But there is no way to click on anything or manipulate anything in the box, including the drop down. Invitees to the meeting get the same box. When I tried to access audio through the audio icon once I open the meeting, my cursor can't open it. So any and all suggestions on the help website do not work. Has anyone experienced this recently? btw - I do all my zoom meetings via my laptop...not phone. Thanks.

During Zoom meetings many laptop audio systems produce inferior sound quality. In addition, at least some participants are hard of hearing. Moreover, it's quite common for presenters to mumble and/or have difficulty speaking clearly. Given these nontrivial challenges, it's always shocking to me how few Zoom meetings automatically provide subtitles or, upon a request for their invocation, how many Zoom hosts lack the technical skills to make them happen. IMO, it would behoove Zoom to make subtitles a default option or, short of that, make their enabling so easy that even a complete tech moron could do it.

I am using Archlinux with sway (wayland) as a window manager and pipewire as an audio processor. From what I've seen zoom supports both wayland and pipewire at least separately from one another, but in my case I get the following output (see below). Judging from the output it seems the only problem zoom has is missing `pacmd` command. However, `pacmd` is only available in the pulseaudio package and it looks like zoom does not understand that it needs to use pipewire. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this? Is there an option somewhere to help zoom with recognition? Or maybe the problem is entirely different? ``` ZoomLauncher started. zoom started. Class App Lib Possible Culprit Flags zoom started. ```

I have been scheduling meetings with my clients for several years. Each time I set a meeting in Zoom, I connect to my Google calendar, send the invitation to my meeting guests, and establish the meeting in my Google calendar. Recently, my scheduled meetings have been deleting from my Zoom Upcoming Meetings; yet, they remain in my Google calendar. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix the issue? I have been able to recover my meetings and am aware of the recovery function. I am more interested in the source of the problem and correcting the delete issue. Thanks!

during a Zoom call I loose my internet connection can anyone help with suggestions to fix this
Cannot access audio settings on M1 Pro MacBook Pro, running macOS Ventura 13.1. Accessing the preferences window itself doesn't hang until I select the Audio side-tab, which then makes the app hang being unresponsive and requiring force quit.
