I recently updated my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) to Mac OS v12.6.5 (Monterey).

I updated from Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra).

 

All apps that should work, appear to work.

Except...

 

I cannot get Zoom to run on my computer.  It installs, but when running, I get the Mac "spinning beachball" problem, which makes Zoom non-functional.  The beachball will stop momentarily, but resumes endlessly.

 

To troubleshoot the issue, I have downloaded the Zoom desktop from the latest (v.5.14.6) backwards to v.5.13.10.

I have done full uninstalls after each attempt and I am still having the same issue.  

 

I can't seem to find the compatible Mac OS info in release notes to see if there is a known issue with my hardware/OS combination.

 

Anyone have the same experience or a possible solution?

I am trying to purchase Zoom products, however, every time I get to the final stage I get an error message asking me to enable pop-ups in my browser or use a different browser. I have enabled pop-ups in my browser and used multiple devices to try and purchase the products but I still get the same error message just before payment. Does anyone have any advice on how to get around this, please, or what the issue could be?

Need Usage Report for the last 6 months

I need the usage report for the last 6 months. I tried from the reports option, but it is coming blank for me. Need help.

Cloud recording is not finished.

Cloud recording is not finished.

We just finished a 2 hour meeting and at that time Windows rebooted. After that, the cloud recording did not finish. Is there any way to complete the cloud recording?

Make Zoom Screenshare look like loom

Any chance to get a screenshare look like loom with a circle for the presenter?
Any feature or plugin for that?

"Circles for zoom" seems dead allready and didnt look really natively integrated.

Translated Captions

I am using translated captions and have them correctly set up in the Account level as Zoom has advised. However, there is no Translated Captions option in my User settings and I cannot figure out why this is taking place. Any ideas would be helpful. ... Show more

Zoom takes me out when my students join the meeting or when I try to share the screen or randomly during the session. I've tried the following:

  • Uninstalling, reboting my system and installing again. 
  • Starting in compatibility mode for windows 8.
  • Starting as an admin. 

None of the above has solved my problem.

 

Operating system: Windows 11 Home Single Language Version: 22H2

Zoom version: 1.14.6

 

I would appreciate your help.

Can I join 2 Zoom meetings at the same time if I have Pro account?

Is it possible to join 2 Zoom meetings simultaneously if I have a Pro account? Either on the same device or different devices?
