Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It looks like you are a member of a business account, and your Zoom admin wants users to have a virtual background as a requirement. The issue is your device, I'm not sure what device you are using, but since the virtual background is required, your camera will not work if your device doesn't support virtual background.
According to Zoom, "Account owners and admins can enable an account or group level setting to require users to have a Virtual Background when their video is on. If the user’s system doesn’t support Virtual Background, their video will be turned off."
I would suggest you contact your Admin. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution.
