Trying to set up a meeting on computer away from Personal computer
I was trying to set up a computer away from home for a weekly meeting. The setup code being sent was not going to my cellphone...I could not do the setup.

I want to add my wife's account for use on my computer, but keep accounts separate.
I have been given two PW & user ID I have the PW they gave me at the beginning and the 1 they gave me yesterday so I dont know which one to give my participants for the meeting HELP!
for various reasons I have multiple email addresses besides the one with which I subscribe to Zoom, and I use Outlook for accessing most of them. I recently got a new laptop which uses Windows 11. I realised recently that Outlook was using the wrong default email address and changed it. However, when I try to set up a meeting using Outlook it still defaults to the previous default email address and worse, it still, as it did earlier, refuses to show me any other Outlook/Microsoft Exchange email address, although it happily shows me all the IMAP addresses. My Outlook default email address is now the one I subscribe to Zoom with but this is not shown and there seems to be no option to add it. What am I missing here? (everything works very nicely on Windows 10).

Hello Videoconferencing Pros, I am looking for advice from someone who understands zoom's policies and pricing better than I. Our organization is on Zoom Pro. We are looking for a zoom service that allows for multiple hosts but is reasonably priced to match the low hours that we use the videoconferencing service. See details below. Thank you in advance for your insight and expertise. Use case: Zoom's policy: Question: Is there a zoom service (or other videoconferencing service) that allows for several hosts to independently log in? and is reasonably priced for relatively low hours?

Since the latest ZOOM update in the past week, I have been unable to use ZOOM because the video is both freezing and scrambling, an issue that I have never previously encountered. The video is working perfectly on other platforms, so I can only conclude that this is a ZOOM issue. I have disabled 'use hardware acceleration' and this did not work and I have sufficient RAM and computing power on my laptop, so I know it is not a hardware issue. I run my business via ZOOM and have a paid account, and I have had to find other solutions to keep my business flowing. Does anyone have a solution or is this a ZOOM issue, and if so does anyone know when it will be resolved?

I take part in a weekly zoom meeting hosted by another person. The first meeting of the year was January 11th. When I tuned in to the meeting, I could see everyone else, but my square was black. They could not see me either. (The video was definitely turned on). We could all hear each other, so I was able to participate, but it's not as nice as being able to see each other. After the meeting on the 11th, I looked up ideas of what could be wrong on the zoom website. I have tried re-booting the computer and checked to make sure my computer camera is working (it is). I do not think we have a security system running on the computer that could be blocking this. We actually hosted a (one time) zoom meeting on December 28 to celebrate Christmas long distance with someone, and our zoom video worked perfectly then, just 2 weeks earlier. The zoom meeting I attend met again on January 18. I tuned in, and again, my screen square was black 😞 Is there some kind of update that happened at the first of the year that I missed for zoom? I would be so grateful if anyone could help me figure out what to do.

Hi, When I click on the Zoom link for a meeting in the future for which I am a host, sometimes I get a pop-up window that says the date and time of the meeting. This is helpful, because I can confirm the Zoom meeting is scheduled for the correct time. However, most of the time there is no such pop up. Does anyone know how can ensure meeting hosts will get this pop up? Thanks!

Hello. I shut down my computer every night after work and each day when I open up Zoom, I always get the update pop up below every time. Is Zoom making updates every day to the program that this is normal? This gets annoying when I'm trying to attend or set up a meeting and it takes up to 5 minutes before this update is completed. If this is not normal, how can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

The only audio available to host and client is dial in. In all the years Ive been working on Zoom, I've never used this feature ever. I hadnt touched any settings. It appears to have just suddenly happened1 As well, a few days ago, these dial in settings started showing up in my meeting links. I've ploughed through all the meeting settings and everything looks good. I just cant work out what's going on? And am cancelling one appointment after the other. Any help would be much appreciated.
