My church services are recorded in a room seating about 20 senior citizens. Our services consists of singing (with music) and scripture reading. There is also a sermon which is presented to the residents during this recording. The service is recorded to Zoom cloud that it may be viewed later by other residents or linked people. My problem is, when I playback the recording, the singing, music, and reading does not play and some portions of the sermon is not clear or not heard. How can I set the audio where I can hear the whole service played back in the recording?

As an enterprise user, we have several Zoom integrations enabled for our LMS. However, we use a lot of Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions. As such, the need to integrate polls into these sessions is critical. Rather than having to create these polls each time a session is set up, we love to use the Poll Library, so that they are available when the course is live. The problem with this, the Poll Library limits preset polls to a maximum of 10 per account. Is there a way to increase this number or will Zoom increase this limitation in the future?

Hi, Im trying to download a registration report for a recurring meeting, (I do this all the time for other meetings). In the report queue, it just says 'not started'. This happens with every occurrence of this meeting. All other meetings behave normally and I can download the registration report. I have a paid account.

I have to update, or at least it is possible that I have to. I'm supposed to arrange this in 'the Dashboard' or in 'the desktop client'. I checked the drop down menus but cannot find any of these. Where to find?
