My volunteer organization holds weekly writers workshops. We have two paid licensed users, myself and "X". We have only one meeting link that covers all of our workshops. X is not only a licensed user but I've made her an alternate host for the meeting (workshop). Yet when she goes into the zoom website using her now registered info, the meeting is not visible to her. The only way she can get into the meeting to lead it is to click on the link in the confirmation email you sent her. How can she access the meeting through the website?

Hi everyone, help appreciated!

We have a Zoom Pro One account and our guest speaker for an event tomorrow has asked for a direct link to join the event. We have looked at the advice/set up pages but cannot see the special roles in our event set-up. Does anyone know how to do this, or if it is possible with this level of account? Thank you.

It seems nearly impossible for me to get a smooth meeting experience while use a Chromebook. Intermittent video freezing, loss of audio ... this is happening frequently enough that participation in the meeting is impossible while using a Chromebook. I'm using either the PWA or the browser. Happens in both cases. How do I fix this?

I've closed/disabled all browser extensions. Closed all browser tabs. Closed all other apps. The ONLY thing I'm running is the Zoom PWA, or the Zoom meeting in a browser tab, with nothing else open.

I have very fast internet speeds, and plenty of system resources available to run the meeting (see below).

System:

Google Pixelbook Go (atlas, version 97.14324.0)

Intel(R) Core(TM) m3-8100Y CPU

8 GB RAM

I ran the diagnostics below while on a Zoom call in which I could not maintain a smooth connection. The call was frozen or lacked audio for (I'd estimate) 30-40% of a one hour video call.

Hopefully I can find an answer here.  As host, I (or my cohost) admit admit every  participant into my meeting from the waiting room.  To increase security, I would like to ask the person  who is waiting a question, and then  have them be able to respond to me.  I understand that this is  possible in my discussion with other  hosts.  However, I have tried it in my meeting and this is what happens:  I can indeed chat with a person who is in the waiting room, but THEY CANNOT REPLY to me.  What setting will enable me, as host, to allow those in the waiting room to respond to my question to them?  Thanks in advance!!
