Ich habe mir eine Teilnehmerzahlerhöhung gekauft - kann ich diese auch schon für ein Meeting nutzen, das bereits geplant ist oder muss ich den Zugangslink neu konfigurieren? I bought an increase in the number of participants - can I already use it for a meeting that is already planned or do I have to reconfigure the access link?

I'm new to using Zoom and I'm incredibly confused about the captioning features. Please help me make sure my understanding of the situation is right - So users of Zoom can enable automatic captions in their account (I have a paid account and have done this.) However, if they join a Zoom call set up by a host (an organization or another user) that doesn't have automatic captions enabled, they cannot use them? They have to speak to the host to request they be turned on? Is this correct? I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this. Captions have always been a single-user-facing, single-user-controlled experience on every other platform I've used.

When I share my screen to do a PowerPoint, I am not able to see the other Viewers. Gallery View is not working. How do I change this?
I started hosting a meeting and a few people tried to join it. We all had the same screen, saying we were all the only one in, waiting for host screens for them. We all used the same link, and tried from boom emailed links and straight from my zoom. I tried multiple times afterwards to go through the stupid phone support but the machine never could find my account to exist apparently. luckily, team meets works. but I would still appreciate knowing why zoom is currently sabotaging my meetings suddenly

I was wondering if there is a way to deliver content directly from Blackmagic web presenter to a zoom meeting via a custom XML file that contains the relevant meeting ID and password information to log on? If not does zoom have an RTMP endpoint?
Hi all,
I made a .png that shows where to click if you want to join a meeting without installing Zoom (attatched)
It's in German language, though....
Looks quite awkward, no?
Isn't there a much simpler way?
We are an organization with about 6 staff who may be hosting a Zoom meeting. We have two Zoom One Pro/Standard licenses. We use iPads to host meetings. When one of the staff starts a Zoom meeting a code is being sent to the account owner's email. See the attached png file for a screenshot of the email. That person is not always available. The meeting cannot be held until the account owner is tracked down and the code is entered. How do we allow other staff to start a Zoom meeting without needing to use an emailed code? I see a setting called OTP. It doesn't appear that I as the account owner can turn it off. But if I find out how to do that and turn it off, what are the security risks? Steve

when I execute the program, the page is blank.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue if you've also encountered it? Every time I set up a meeting that requires registration (even if attendees get automatically approved) I always have several people who registered but are unable to join the meeting, and are either asked to register again, or cannot join at all because the meeting registration is full. It's very challenging to navigate this when I'm hosting a meeting and getting flooded with emails of people unable to join, and I don't know how to advise them. Thank you in advance for any advice!
