I was wondering if there is a way to deliver content directly from Blackmagic web presenter to a zoom meeting via a custom XML file that contains the relevant meeting ID and password information to log on? If not does zoom have an RTMP endpoint?

Hi @Excelsior-Media welcome to the community! First, I would suggest looking into the Zoom dev forum on Live Streaming with RTMP, however, reading from this forum https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=181498 seems like you've got some similar discussions around this or possibilities as to utilizing USB from the Web Presenter as a Webcam Input.
Also, saw another discussion here https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=144850 you can use Web Presenter HD recognized by Zoom as a Virtual camera.
