Meeting recorded to my PC fails to convert after several attempts. One popup stated something like "another conversion is in process," but nothing ever resulted in a converted file.

I just signed up for a court date, with a free account, which says I get 40 minutes. If it goes over, do I get booted off?! Or since the host has an account, do I get to stay or am I supposed to pay??
I use the version 5.11.3 of zoom. I tried to update to the recent version. When I start the setup-exe - instead of an installation - I get the usual window for starting a meeting. This however is not possible because of my old version. I can participate a meeting only via a browser. What is my mistake? Thanks a lot.

At recent hybrid meetings, remote attendees have not been able to see the PowerPoint slides advance when we were screen sharing a presentation. On the latest occasion, we were conducting interviews. The laptop (eventually two different laptops using O365) was connected to a smart screen (system was on duplicate view) and an Owl. When the interviewees were progressing through their PowerPoint presentation, individuals in the room could see the full presentation but external attendees could only see the first slide. This happened with three different PowerPoint presentations. In discussions with a colleague yesterday, she confirmed that she has also been experiencing similar problems, but with the added issue when she shares her screen to present a PowerPoint presentation, external attendees only see a black screen, but the presentation runs fine in the room. As an education provider we have conducted a significant amount of hybrid meetings where we have been required to screen share PowerPoints, and this has not occurred previously. Does anyone have any tips on how we could look to resolve this issue? As above we are using Windows devices with MS Office 365 and our Zoom system is web based (not the app). Thanks

I've scheduled a zoom meeting using my zoom one pro plan that allows 100 candidates. Later I realized I might have around 400 people attending this so I bought one time 50$ a month 500 people meeting plan and assigned that feature to my profile. My questions is: The meeting that I scheduled prior hand before buying the 500 people plan, will it allow more than 100 people or do I need to cancel that meeting and schedule a new one? My 500 people plan is active now and my meeting is in the next two days.

I used the Zoom simultaneous interpretation feature to conduct a meeting. Two individuals from Korea and five individuals from Japan joined, and one interpreter from Korea connected to provide interpretation for both sides. However, the result was that only the voice of the interpreter from Japan could be heard, and the voice of the interpreter from Korea couldn't be heard. There were no issues with the settings or equipment used. Have you encountered a similar problem before? Could it be possible that too many individuals connected from Japan, causing an error in Zoom?

When I screen share, the speaker view function doesn't work as it used to. The camera only stays on one guest and doesn't switch between speakers. When I run a normal zoom meeting the speaker view will switch to whoever is speaking but as soon as I share my screen this function stops working and like I said wont switch between speakers. When I see the recording I cannot see the person speaking when the screen is being shared. Does anyone know why this is happening and what to do about it? This is a new issue and is EXTREMELY inconvenient and frustrating as I've done this dozens of times in the past and not have this issues. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions
