Zoom thinks I'm in Mexico

I am trying to access a webinar but when i click to join i get the error that I cannot access from Mexico. I'm not in Mexico, im in Canada. I tried the Zoom Help option of going to Settings > Audio Conferencing > 

1. Scroll down to the Global Dial-in Countries/Regions section, then click the Edit icon .
2. Choose the countries that you expect to have meeting or webinar participants dial in from.
3. Click Save.

I don't have a Global Dial-in Section at all. Any suggestions on what to do??
