Hello,
How do I recover the original recording that I edited?
Thank you,
Zoom recently changed the Registration Confirmation flow and added the configuration option "Show join info on registration confirmation page". I've opened a ticket but wanted to check here to see if this is only our account or others as well. Last week screenshot: Today screenshot:
This option suddenly disappeared today - is anyone else seeing this?
Screenshots attached with the setting, and now without it.

Hey there, I quickly update the post. Ive spent weeks to figure out why the option hasnt been shown in meetings while being totally activated. Here we go: Its the end-to end encryption not allowing the function. So in case of doubt if someone else is in trouble- try deactivating end-to end. Thank you. Sibylle

A generation ago I had a system similar to Zoom that allowed for direct dial video calls (corporate version). The best feature was a toolbar addin for Windows, that I could place anywhere (top, side, bottom) in Windows that allowed me to setup my favorites for speed dial. So with 1 click i could speed-dial whoever I had set up. I know you can star contacts to build a favorites list but it still requires going into the app, and clicking a few times before you get to direct video call someone. I dont think Zoom has such a feature / addin but any ideas?

Has anyone found a fix for a "mic not working" when in Zoom. I can use and external mic and then zoom attendees can hear me. Speakers are working. The onboard mic works when doing dictation in Word, in Skype and when I used the online "mictest.com". It's only on Zoom that it's an issue which started about 1-2 weeks back I think when an update came out. Paul49

UPDATE: Issue fixed with update to 5.11.4 (7185) Since the update on 7/19/2022, Zoom has been quitting unexpectedly and crashing and video has been freezing. It quits/crashes when I'm in Settings or anywhere else, actually. If I manage to get into Zoom to host a meeting or attend a meeting, my video freezes continually. I toggle the camera off and then back on and it works for a few seconds then freezes again. I've uninstalled Zoom, shut down my computer completely, started my computer, then reinstalled Zoom to no avail. I've unchecked all the boxes under 'Use Hardware Acceleration For' and it still freezes and/or crashes. I've checked all my Windows settings, hardware conflicts, driver updates, etc. And nothing. UPDATE: Quits/freezes whether Background filter on or off. Logitech C525 webcam GeForce 1050Ti, Driver 516.59 Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25163.1000

Can anyone clarify the following for me: -When "Delete cloud recordings after a specified number of days" is enabled (ex. 120 days), that means any recording older than 120 days from the date the setting was enabled are subject to the auto deletion policy, yes? -What happens to recordings already older than 120 days? Will all of them end up in Trash? I assume yes, but want to be 100% sure. -What happens to the clock for recordings restored from the trash? Do they get another 120 days or will they automatically be placed back in the trash after some timeout? Thanks in advance smart people...😊

Hi,
Help needed! People invited to my scheduled meetings see a message that says I'm already in a meeting when I'm not. I've tried reinstalling Zoom, but the problem persists. Any suggestions? Huge thanks for any help!

I have noticed recently that Zoom is saving every GIF a user sees in a chat in their user profile, in the ZoomVDI folder on our servers. is there a way to determine what Zoom can save?
Thanks in advance,
