Meetings audio distorted on Apple AirPods Pro 2nd generation

When listening to meeting attendees with my AirPods the audio is distorted or artifacting. Disconnecting it sounds ok.  Other audio like Music or Apple TV or YouTube videos are fine.  Issue seems to be with Zoom's bluetooth.
