I asked this question before but cannot locate my original question. I have used Zoom on two computers - old laptop and now brand new one with super video card in it. In both cases, when I go to "Filters" under Zoom backgrounds, all I get for an opti...

I have a brand new computer with an excellent video card. When I go to "filters" the only option I have is NONE. Why would that be? I have the latest version of Zoom but the "Zoom Natzi" is saying "no filters for You"!

Green Screen not working

When I choose a virtual background image, Zoom tells me I should use a green screen (the image does work without the green screen box ticked off, but the edges are floaty). When I tick the "I have a green screen" box, the image shows up on everything...
