Hello Zoom Community - I host a zoom meeting account and under "options" it never allows me to add co-hosts. No matter what email I put it - this is the message I get.
I am running 3 screens and normally screen share on screen 3 while screen 2 (my main window) has all the participants in the meeting. The option in the upper left corner of the screen to allow zoom to not be always on top works fine unless you are sharing your screen. Then all zoom windows go always on top. So if I am opening an app on screen 3 for all to see it will normally open on screen 2 BUT you can't see it because it is behind the zoom windows showing the participants and there is nowhere to turn that off. I have to turn off screen sharing temporarily, then get to the window, move it over to screen 3 and turn on screen sharing again. If I turn off "always on top" how can I get that to stick during screen sharing?

I have been using Zoom for awhile but I have problems getting my Power Point slides to share with those attending online while at the same time having the slides projected on a screen in the class. For running a mixed in-person/remote classroom using OWL from a podium with MacBook running a Zoom meeting with the "teacher" who faces the classroom and not the large screen, which is off to the side and displays the remote users and, as needed, the shared screen. Why? If the teacher at the podium controlling the meeting with a MacBook could have the Zoom shared screen on one desktop and the remote participants on another desktop on the laptop it would be easier (?) for the teacher to focus on the MacBook for both the Participant View and the Shared Screen view views if they were on separate desktops, while being able to also look at the in person class members. I think this might be a better way for teacher to retain "eye contact" with remote participants through an extended time. Doesn't seem to be supported, but wondering if it could be. Or is this a pipe dream? Or is there another way to accomplish this same Idea? I can add photo of the classroom next week....

Are there any plans to allow uploading a poll/quiz via csv file? That option is only available in the LTI, not in the web portal or desktop client. I have users who present continuing education, they don't use the LMS. I did see the suggestion to create a meeting template to save poll questions, which might help a little, but I don't think these folks are re-using questions, they just need a way to collaborate on quiz creation, prior to starting a meeting, and an easier way to upload the questions.

Hi there! I’m having an issue with my IPad Pro when sharing videos in a meeting. The participants can hear the video well, but I’m barely able to hear the video at all. My volume is at the highest it can be, but I’m still unable to hear much.

Hello, for my zoom rooms in my office where the meeting queue for all the meetings for the day are shown, we have an issue where it shows the name of the person who’s meeting it is instead of the name of the meeting. Our ushers use outlook365 and send their zoom meeting invite to the zoom room to “invite the room”. Any idea how to change this?
