Hi, 

I am trying to connect my Bose headphones to teams but there is no sound coming out. They use the little USB plug into the laptop.

They do work on my Dell laptop in general and by testing again on the laptop itself they work fine.

They show as the default option in Zoom settings under audio but when I try and test, they have no sound come out.

I have reinstalled Zoom on my laptop and still not working. 

Note the headphones work fine with teams meetings.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, as it is really annoying and I cannot seem to find a solution on google?

I am using zoom for in person sales calls with my photography clients. When I share my screen initially I can see them and myself if the upper right hand corner. I always start my client meeting by showing them a slideshow of their images in Lightroom. I prefer to be able to still see my clients in the upper right hand corner while we both view the slideshow. This helps me gauge their reaction to the images and also see if they need me to stop the slideshow for an interruption etc. The first couple times I did a zoom call l was able to see my clients after I started playing the slideshow. However, now when I push "play" on the slideshow it goes full screen and my clients disappear. If I try to press anything or exit during the slideshow etc. it completely stops the slideshow. Thank you. 

In one of the meeting appointment, the alternate host has received an email that says "You are no longer an alternative host for this meeting, which means that you cannot start and end the meeting. You can still join the meeting as a participant at the specified time.”. What action actually triggers this email?

Have anyone here experienced issues with clicking on the join meeting button on outlook for a Zoom meeting? It works intermittently. And sometimes it thinks it's a TEAMS meeting. The calendar is also not synced properly on Zoom vs Outlook.

Hi, So for a while now, I have this really weird, light moustache filter in zoom, which doesn't seem to go no matter what I do. It's a zoom specific issue, and not on any other video conferencing softwares. I have tried reinstalling the software as well as logging out and in again. It's a light brown filter, almost like a glitch. Could anyone suggest a way to get rid of it?

I’m not very technical minded but I’m wanting to use zoom with my live YouTube streams while using Animaze on my streams but how do I go about setting this up? Is there a step by step guide?

basically I want people to see my Animaze character on my YouTube live stream but also able to add people onto my stream so watchers can see or hear that person on my stream too.

I use OBS and Animaze together for my live YouTube streams.

any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
