Hello, HELP! Since updating to the newest version of Zoom yesterday, my recurring meetings are no longer integrating properly between Zoom and my Google Calendar. 1.) Scheduling the recurring meeting through Zoom (I tried both the app and web-based portal). 2.) Scheduled through Google Calendar using the Zoom for G Suite Add-On through the Google Marketplace. It works to add the meetings on my Google Calendar, but does not put them on my Zoom schedule. Interestingly enough, it works just fine on my husband's free Zoom account, but not on my Zoom Pro account. 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!

Can I edit a scheduled meeting to setup a waiting room without affecting the access information? The meeting has not occurred yet.
Hello, When participants join meetings, their audio does not come on automatically. They have to take time to find their audio setting and enable it. This wastes appointment time with patients. Is there a setting I can change where participants audio is automatically enabled when they join the meeting? This happens with every meeting Thanks in advance

I replaced my laptop. My camera is working fine for Microsoft Teams.
On my new HP ZBook Firefly -- i cannot camera to work on zoom meeting. I have been through all the settings and have wasted hours.
I am at a loss. Any ideas
I have a member who cannot access any of the recordings from her Windows laptop if the registration requirement is turned on. She has always been able to in the past and it just stopped working last week. She is the only person that this happens to and I have not changed any settings on my end. Everyone else can access it fine as normal. If I turn off the registration requirement, she can view it, but I need this to be kept on so I can keep track of viewers. She clicks the link, enters the registration info, clicks the "I am not a robot" box and, for everyone else, it then asks for a password but for her, it just loops back to asking her to register again and again. She checked to make sure her zoom, chrome and laptop were all up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled zoom. It has nothing to do with her account because she can access it from her phone. It is only her laptop that has stopped working. I would appreciate if anyone has any other suggestions that I could give her. Thanks!

I am given Host duties, teaching a fitness class for 1 hour. iTunes shared through computer on Zoom platform (latest version). Licensed Host has unlimited meeting duration time. For last 2 1/2 years, iTunes music streamed through Zoom beautifully without issues for the entire hour session. Since January 2023, , the iTunes music audio stream stops at approximately 40 minutes, but the audio (microphone) and video Zoom meeting continues. However, I am unable to restart iTunes without terminating Meeting and re-booting computer. Please help! Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I have been trying to figure this out for days! We have the Pro Plan and I use Zoom on my desktop. Before every meeting starts my client is required to read and agree to our custom Disclaimer in order to enter the meeting. From what I have read, when the client agrees or disagrees, the answer is saved. In my reading, it should be able to be viewed in the Reports, then Usage but it's not there. Where do I go to view and save this info for our company records? It's important for us to have record of who agreed to the disclaimer.
