Recorded session didnt save

Hi! 

 

I had a one-on-one session with my coach for 1,5 hours and I am sure it recorded, but now its not on my recorded list. Is there any way to get it back? This is horrible :(.

 

I really hope someone can help me with this.

    Was this a Cloud recording or a local recording?

    I had the same problem with a local recording. The app announced the recording, but there is no record of it.

    I had the exact same issue. Why doesn't Zoom monitor these queries and offer some suggestions??

    There were 2 recordings on the same meeting. The second one didn't convert. When tech support got back to me a week later, we had to go in and manually convert the second recording, a process not well described in the help files. Zoom needs to describe the conversion process more precisely and refer to the "raw Zoom files" we never see until they are converted. Are these files on Zoom servers?

    How to retrive the recorded video. It's not there in the same folder, where the previous two trial videos are saved
