Zoom picks up my voice but not my instrument. This never happened before. I couldn’t find the right audio settings to correct it. I rejoined the meeting, I restarted my tablet, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.

Zoom picks up my voice but not my instrument. This never happened before. I couldn’t find the right audio settings to correct it. I rejoined the meeting, I restarted my tablet, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.
During my zoom sessions, my clients rapport problems of the music coming from spotify plus my voice getting scrathy and dissapearing momentarily. I dont hear these interferences, the sound sounds perfect for me. I have a fast and stable internet connection and a new computer, so Im not sure what could be the problem. Does anyone have any advice?

Has anyone had any trouble with assigning the Zoom for Developers role to a user? I see we have the setting enabled in our Admin account but it's not listed as a role and I'm unable to assign a user to that permission. Any insight you could provide would be much appreciated!

Hi, I've been having issues with my video connection for months. Every time I'm on video the connection bars in the bottom left of the screen are yellow or red, and my video regularly glitches/freezes. I have very fast wifi and just bought a new computer as well (to try to fix the issue), and super fast upload/download speeds. All my other apps work perfectly and never have speed/connection issues with anything else. I've reached out to the customer support team, but none of their suggestions have helped. The issue persists every time there are atleast two people on video. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but frustrating for sure. Thanks for any help.

OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS Zoom version: 6.4.6 (1370) Hardware: Dell XPS 9320 Laptop, using integrated mic and speakers. Problem: During Zoom meetings, my sound and microphone will abruptly stop working. When this happens, if I go into audio settings and click "Test Speaker" no sound plays. My microphone still transmits sound, but it becomes very distorted and low quality. This state can usually be fixed by leaving and rejoining the Zoom meeting. It also seems to have a chance of being fixed every time I swap speaker devices in the Zoom settings. I can usually trigger this state by sharing screen or otherwise swapping focus away from Zoom. I don't have this issue with any software other than Zoom. I have a suspicion that this is a Pipewire/Wireplumber issue, but I don't understand enough about how Zoom interacts with those to troubleshoot. I haven't found any transparent documentation about that. Troubleshooting steps I have tried: 1. Checking that I am not muted, and toggling audio options like background noise removal. This happens regardless. 2. Restarting the computer and Zoom. Thanks and let me know if there's any more helpful info that I can give.

As a host, I no longer see the people waiting in my waiting room.
therefore I can't let them in, so we can't have a meeting.
System Setup and Hardware - MacMini M1 running Sequoia 15.2 (24C101), - Connected by USB to, - Zoom Livetrak L-8 running v1.12 and driver installed on Mac OS. Livetrak L-8 functions normally as an audio interface when Zoom is closed. As soon as Zoom app is opened the interface disconnects and cannot be used, including in Zoom. As soon as Zoom is closed, the interface returns to functioning normally. Restarting the Mac and reinstalling Zoom software makes no difference.

Starting two weeks ago, I can no longer change the audience when FB launches via zoom. In the past the audience is set to (only me) and I could change to public. Don't know why the Zoom FB audience is set to "only me" when my FB profile audience is set to public. I would like my audience set permanently to public and not "only me" when zoom launches FB. How can this be fixed. Once I end streaming to FB from zoom, it will allow me to change to public but not while it is live. Very frustrating.

I have been leading a meeting for over 2 years. The past 2 weeks I am unable to do so because I start the meeting and no one shows up. I start getting texts from members saying: they can't get in; they got in but were dropped. I have tried to restart the meeting but get a message that I have to end the meeting in progress. Clearly when I do this, they get dropped. However, although I am in my meeting and they say they are we are not visible to each other.

Buonasera, Vi scrivo in merito a un problema verificatosi durante una riunione organizzata ieri sera alle ore 21, ci siamo collegati mezz'ora prima e lì si è verificato il problema. Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell'accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come "non valido" e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare. Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso incontro. Grosso problema per noi perché in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte. Quale potrebbe essere stato il problema?
