Can't install new update on MacOS: Error 10002

Hi -- I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings). I get an error (10002) every time. I tried the steps for Manual insta... Show more

I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.

I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings). 

I get an error (10002) every time.  I tried the steps for Manual install -- same result.
Any tips?

Double click to convert not working

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows comput... Show more

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows  as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.

Waiting Room isnt working?

I have waiting room set up and all of a sudden my waiting room isnt working. I went into settings and all the settings for waiting room were not on all of a sudden. I fixed them and saved it. Today, the same thing happened. This is problematic for me... Show more

I have waiting room set up and all of a sudden my waiting room isnt working. I went into settings and all the settings for waiting room were not on all of a sudden. I fixed them and saved it. Today, the same thing happened. This is problematic for me because i am a therapist and it isnt appropriate for one client to enter when another is still in session.

NO puedo entrar a reuniones en zoom

nunca antes habia tenido problemas con zoom, ahora cada vez que me envian un link de invitacion para entrarar a una sala de zoom me aparece una pantalla negra y no me deja ingresar a la sala de zoom, necesito ayuda porfavor para resolver mi problema

Zoom Recording - Hand Raised/ Q&A

Does a Zoom recording allow you to see the time a hand is raised? or the time a question is submitted via Q&A? Is there a way to see it once the recording is finished? Thank you 

マイクの音が小さい

6.2.10へアップデートしたせいなのか、マイクが少なくなってしまいました。

Zoom上のマイクの音量が最大になるように設定しても改善しません。

You cannot view this recording. No permission.

I have been trying to view a meeting I was previously unable to view, I have selected previous meeting and selected the specific meeting but I receive this error "You cannot view this recording, No permission"

Virtual Background is still loading

If I join a meeting hosted by someone else, I get the message “Virtual Background is still loading”, and I end up choosing the “Don’t use video” option so I can continue with the meeting. If I go to the Zoom preferences and turn off blur, the preview... Show more

If I join a meeting hosted by someone else, I get the message “Virtual Background is still loading”, and I end up choosing the “Don’t use video” option so I can continue with the meeting.

 

If I go to the Zoom preferences and turn off blur, the preview window is pink.  When I turn blur back on, the preview is solid black.

 

If I click on the MacOs Finder’s widgets control in the top right corner, all of the widgets appear as pink rounded rectangles -- the same pink I see during the camera preview when blur is turned off.

 

However, if I start my own meeting, everything works fine.  No video problems, blur works, and no pink Finder widgets.  The strange behavior only occurs if someone else is hosting a meeting I join. This is repeatable behavior.

Export - use an external calendar not staying off

I have to uncheck "Export - use an external calendar" to make my zoom and google calendars sync, but the last few days i have to go into each calendar item manually to turn uncheck this setting. Is there are way to default the option to unchecked so ... Show more

I have to uncheck "Export - use an external calendar" to make my zoom and google calendars sync, but the last few days i have to go into each calendar item manually to turn uncheck this setting. Is there are way to default the option to unchecked so it stops interfering.

Sound and Video Options when Sharing Result in Not Able to see Speaker

I have "Zoom Workplace".  When I share my screen and select the options "Share Sound" and "Optimize for Video Sharing" for video showings in PPT slide mode, I cannot see myself or who is speaking.  When I do not select those options, I can see myself and other speakers/attendees just fine when in PPT slide mode.  I am thinking those options optimize the quality of videos so would like to use them.  I have tried changing the views available on the "share" menu but have had no success.
