Why do the animations on my presentation turned purple while sharing it during a zoom meeting?
Every time I press save on scheduling a meeting, Mozilla Firefox opens automatically and takes me to Gmail. I do not want it to do that. I do not need Zoom to open my browser for me. Firstly I do not use Mozilla Firefox anyway. And I have my own system for sending out emails. This is highly irritating and there do not appear to be any standard settings that I can find that speaks to this. Please help.

Then have to log off of my laptop, and log on using my phone. Has this option been discontinued?

I am the interviewer for the job position. The meeting is arranged by the HR team using premium organization email. I clicked the "record to the cloud" button. Now, I can't find the recording ANYWHERE. For your information, my account is not premium. Please help me.

Can I turn on the close captioning if I'm not the host and the host didn't turn it on in his Zoom setting?

When the countdown timer starts running at the end of a breakout the participants will see a dialogue box telling them something along the lines of "Click OK to return to the main room now". This causes problems as some people instinctively click "OK" returning them to the main room early; despite actually needing to use the remaining countdown time to wrap up their breakout. I've noticed this only occurs when some people are zoom host and not others. Please can you tell what setting controls this behaviour? Thanks Kevin

I'm running Ubuntu 21.04 and recently updated to the latest available version of Zoom for Linux. I was able to connect to meetings fine, but accidentally logged out from my zoom account. Since then I haven't been able to log in. Every attempt gives me a 'Timeout' error with no other message (same is true for sso or google login). I also can't join meetings, after loading for a while it gives me a 5003 error. The weird thing is, login and joining meetings both work when I run zoom as root (using sudo). Does anyone have any ideas for what could be the issue? I'm assuming it's a problem with permissions, but I uninstalled and deleted every reference to zoom I could find (/opt/zoom, ~/.zoom, and ~/.cache/zoom), then reinstalled and it still doesn't work. I have a question about our account. We have a pro account with one liscenced user. the liscensed user can only log into zoom through google, not using a username and passowrd. I can log into the account with my email and password login, but I cannot see any of the meetings she creates in the account. We are wondering why this is? We checked the account number and it is the same so we know this is the same account we are both logging into. Also, we are wondering why she can only login with google and not email and password? Any light you can shed would be helpful. Thanks!
