I am looking for two settings/timers:

1. A timer in the breakout rooms that lets people know how long they have before the room closes. Where can I find this and how do I set it?

2. A timer that appears on my screen, as host. the times will vary from 30 seconds to 40 minutes, and needs to be set on demand, not in advance. 

I have two options in my app search in Zoom: 

I used one, it was super annoying and I disabled it (I saw that others felt the same way)

I used another one, and all was fine, then it suddenly wanted a lot of control over my meeting. 

I...just...want...a...simple...countdown....timer!

We use Zoom for focus groups for our academic research.  We have a confidentiality requirement to scrub all participant names from all information, data, and files related to the research.  However, we've noticed that in our account, the meeting reports contain the participants' original names (before we changed them to assigned code names during the meeting).  We cannot find a way to destroy the meeting reports.  Please advise.  How can we destroy or anonymize the meeting reports?  We don't want to download the meeting reports: we just want to remove them from our Zoom account to tie up any loose ends and ensure there is no place at all where our participants' names are identified.

Frequently in fairly large meetings, we'll want to have a structured discussion. A number of people raise their hands, and we want to go through them in order and address the questions or topics that each wants to discuss. Others might want to contribute to an ongoing discussion (rather than start a new one), and so raise their hands. But there's no nice way I've found to distinguish "My hand is up to start a new discussion" from "My hand is up to contribute to the ongoing discussion."

Is there a nice way anyone has found to do this?
