On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem.

When I use a 3RD Party Screen Recorder like Mobizen, when I started a new Zoom meeting, the other party (participant) cannot hear my voice. But when I stop my screen recording, they can hear my voice. How to solve this problem ? Plse reply fast as I need to record a very important meeting . I tried all ways even contacting Samsung Service Centre but none can help me. I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 to do the Zoom meeting & also recording.

Poll "Name" will not save

I have several poll questions for an upcoming meeting.  I rename the poll question and it does not save.   It just shows as "untitled Poll".  How do I save the poll name?

perhaps one of you can help me.

 

I have the following problem with Zoom. I receive an invitation link and would like to open it in the Edge browser. The error message says "zoommtg" links are blocked.

 

Regarding the Edge configuration:

  • all websites are blocked for Edge via ADMX template
  • the following websites are whitelisted or have been tested: "zoom.us, *.zoom.us, zoom.de, zoom.eu, http://zoom.us, https://zoom.us, zoomapp.cloud, /downloads"

 

How can I best whitelist Zoom so that the error no longer occurs in the Edge browser?

Difficulty starting a meeting I have scheduled

I am a relatively experienced Zoom user, but lately I have had difficulty starting meetings as the software thinks I am already in a meeting and asks me if I want to leave the meeting to join the new one. I am not aware that I am in a meeting already... Show more

I am a relatively experienced Zoom user, but lately I have had difficulty starting meetings as the software thinks I am already in a meeting and asks me if I want to leave the meeting to join the new one.  I am not aware that I am in a meeting already (none scheduled etc.) and even when I accept that I will need to leave the 'other' meeting to join this one - I can't.  This has only happened in the last 3 months, so I am wondering what has changed.  Is there any way of seeing what meeting I am supposed to be in and managing to get myself out of this?
