I had a private Zoom a count. I was asked to join a pro account and did. In my account it says I am a basic user and have a 40 minute limit. But I am supposed to be in a pro account. When I look to see about upgrading it says I have a pro account and cant upgrade. This is so aggravating.  Can I upgrade an account one day and the next downgrade it back again?  I need the account  to be working tomorrow for a 3 hour scheduled meeting.

I Have double check with the host to see if the recurring cycle are ended, or removed from the registration list, but that is not the case

Cannot download client on MacBook with Ventura 13.3

I have a MacBook Pro with the Apple M1 Pro chip, running Ventura 13.3.  I get Installation Failed with code 10002.  I have been messaging with a support person and looking at various resolutions but nothing works.  The Installer was not in my Privacy and Security Folders and I don't understand how to manually add it.

I was also told to try downloading the IT Admin version and that didn't work either.

Does anyone have any ideas?

When I try and set up a recurring meeting, there are restrictions on when, how often and an end date etc to the meeting . This has never happened before. in the past when I set up a recurring meeting meant there were no time limits set. How do I turn this off? When I go into 'Change Default Settings' I can't see what to do. Please help!

The administrator (host) contracts a business plan.
Co-hosts subscribe to the Pro plan.

Business plan allows up to 300 participants
We recognize that up to 100 people can participate in the Pro plan.


In that case,

I am holding a meeting with an administrator's account, and if the administrator's host's Internet is cut off, is it possible to continue to have 200 people participate in the conference?

Or will 100 out of 200 people be unable to connect?

Hi, I have a professional Online teaching Studio with 3 Cameras (HD 1920 x 1080i, 50mps). The quality on screen is good but when I do a Zoom recording - or when I am on Zoom recordings from other people, my picture is not sharp anymore and looks like out of focus. Would it be better to work with a different resolution or setting? This is really important for my work / job! Many thanks, Philip

We're using  a conference device with numerous microphones and cameras to combine users in a physical meeting room with remote zoom users.   The only problem is occasional bad audio from the meeting room to remote users.   Audio between remote users is fine and audio from remote users to the room is fine. Video is always fine.
This problem comes and goes but may exist for 30 minutes or more.
We have no option but to use Wifi at the physical building.    Does this sound like substandard wifi at the building  ( church)  , router configuration necessary , or other?
