Zoom keeps timing out after 40 minutes and I've paid for the service
After yesterdays update, my screen does repetitive motions (frozen , but keeps moving) and then goes to green screen. It has happened during two different meetings over 24 hours. Turning my video off and on restarts it, but then it happens again within a minute or two.

I want to see which members have viewed our yoga class recordings to analyze the usefulness of recording and saving. We consistently run out of space and would like to fix this issue ~ perhaps with not recording classes if there's not a great demand.

I am using a Yeti Blue microphone in a chapel. The mic is on the altar, and picks up spoken vocals just fine. But when the piano (10 feet away) is used—regardless of the settings on the mic—the music (and congregational singing) simply cuts out; the sound is similar to a guitar string being plucked, and then silenced. I've tried some of the advanced audio settings (such as original sound for musicians), but nothing seems to change the music sound going out. I'm using Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.8, and the latest Zoom client.

I recently updated your program on my laptop. Since then the video starts scrambling across the top of my head the videos of the others in the meeting and it is in black and white. Once it starts it will not stop. I have deleted your program from the laptop and reinstalled, but it keeps doing the same thing. It also happens to others on their laptop that meet in the same meeting. I hope you can find the reason or a solution. My computer is around 6 years old, but I recently also had a system update as well. I have a Toshiba running on Windows 10. Thank you.

Hello, When in meetings, it happens that my webcam freezes randomly. What the other meetings attendees see: my image is frozen What I see: my image is working fine. Sometimes my local return of the webcam is lagging a bit but that happens from time and does not seem correlated. Frequency of the issue: once per week at least (I'm doing several hours of zoom meeting per day) What I tried: - switching to another webcam (the one embedded in my screen): it does not change anything (my image is still frozen) - stopping video and reenabling it: other participants see a black screen, I still see my image working fine - leaving and rejoining the meeting: it fixes the issue The main difficulty is that I can't see the issue for myself (I need for other participants to tell me about it). - I've looked at system logs (dmesg) without finding anything. - cpu usage seems fairly normal (70% of a single cpu), gpu usage is about 14-20% - my internet connection is very decent (1Gps towards using ethernet to the ISP router, then 10Gbps) - I've never experienced this with other videoconference software so far, but I don't use them on a regular basis. - I'm using zoom 5.14.5 (but I've seen this issue for several months and versions) - I'm using zoom on a laptop from time to time, on the same connection, same linux distribution and never experienced this issue. - linux distribution is archlinux, with i3 as a window manager Would anyone have an idea on how to further troubleshoot this issue?

This just started to happen after I used an external camera. I open zoom and you can't see me, just an option for a camera that is shown on the screen. the options to change it are for that camera and another that aren't set up. How do I get back to using my computer camera. I have a meeting tomorrow and I don't have video now!!!

I'm having a consistent problem with my audio getting static and muffled after about an hour into a meeting. I ended up missing a large part of a class today. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded, and will see if that works. Is there anything else I should do?
