Hi there, we are a learning group using my account for meetings. However, as I am not always present, I want to make a list of 3 people also the hosts, so that they can be the host on a day without me having to be there in the beginning to make them co-host and so that they can create breakout rooms. I understand that only hosts can create breakout rooms. I cannot make sense of the tutorials so I thought I just ask you nice people. I am sure this is a problem that many people have, is it? So my question is how does zoom handle it and what are the workarounds.

The meetings concerned involve screen-sharing of PP 'slides', a proportion of which embody a music element. Habitually, in those instances that occur early in the sequence during the meetings, the music starts with no problem (via the 'Advanced' tab, 'Portion of Screen' , 'Share Sound' and 'Share', buttons, followed by loudspeaker image and clicking on the black triangle on the 'slide'). However, in subsequent instances during the meetings, and for no reason that has so far been determined, clicking on the black triangle fails to start the music. On all slides, the functioning of the music-start function will have been tested in advance, and found to operate as intended. Testing, after meetings, of the music-starts for those. slides where the problem occurred, finds no evidence of the problem - the music then starts fine in each case. Has this problem been encountered by others, and can a way of avoiding it be suggested? Host's Device: MacBook Pro (2021) Monterey 12.6.3. Sign-in by using login details of an associated Zoom user, by whom the meeting will have been scheduled and link etc. promulgated.

O, great power of the common brain, please help me! Today I was invited to the meeting, and then appointed as an administrator. I clicked on the "Record to Cloud" button. And everything was great. Then I pressed finish recording. And left the conference. Now I can't find that recording. When I log into my free account, they tell me that there are no cloud recordings, that they are only available with a paid subscription ... what should I do? I really need this recording.. thanks a lot in advance, Olga

Hello. I used Zoom to record a discussion for my semester project. I clicked on the 'Recordings' tab and yep, Zoom did save my file. The problem is when I clicked to record it, nothing pops up. I couldn't convert the file at all. I also checked if the file exists on the web client and was shocked to find that it does not. Is this the case of a corrupted file? If it helps. I did a demo recording beforehand. That demo recording did save, but the second one did not. I use Zoom on dekstop on the latest Microsoft Windows and since I just downloaded Zoom, it should be the latest version too.

After a meeting with a client when I went to the zoom recording folder, I found that my latest zoom recording had been overwritten with the previous recording which I recorded a few minutes before to check recording is working correctly, now in that folder, there are two video files and both have the same recording though one has high memory 650 Mb; when I play it the video is only 46 secs which is the previous recording and the other file is 2 Mb with same video of 46 secs.. what's the way out here?

We would like to be able to offer options (of either joining another meeting or clicking a link to complete a survey) to people who wanted to join a meeting but cannot because the maximum Registration numbers have been reached. Can I do either, or both: - customize the 'Registration is now closed' screen? - send an email to anyone wanting to Register once numbers have been reached?

Hi Is it possible to record a meeting video - but without the native language - i just want the meeting to be recorded with the interpreter's voice on the video I have a subscription - so that is not a limitation Can someone point me to the correct thread or give me a solution? Thanks Unboxedme
