Zoom Account downgrade

My current plan is Pro and i've requested to downgrade to ZOOM ONE BASIC PLUS , unfortunately none of the packages are active in my account now and meetings have been reduced to 40mnts .

 

I never expected this type of mismanaged situation from zoom which leads me to switch to an other solutions available .

Hi @vajeendra welcome to the community! Have you assigned the license from User Management -> Users, within the web portal?  You can assign available licenses from there to users on the account.
