Hello everyone, I currently have a license with zoom and I want to do live seminars, but I want to activate the camera of all my attendees. Since the Zoom settings don't allow me to do this, do I have to request a special permission? Or is it definitely not possible? I appreciate your help!!

I am trying to create a script in windows to fetch timestamps of zoom crashes in windows.

• For Zoom application, I can see logs at this path:
  %appdata%/Zoom/logs
  But for ZoomVDI application, I cannot find any crash logs at this path even when application crashed:
  %appdata%/ZoomVDI/logs
  Is there a way to fetch zoomVDI crash logs in a Windows 10 VM ?
  
  
• For Zoom crash logs, there are folders of this format "zoomcrash_<time>_<pid>" in logs folder and inside those folders there is a file called "crashrpt.xml". I need to get the timestamp details from this file. I want to know whether this is the generic path and format for zoom to store crash logs and will it be supported by Zoom going forward bcoz if the format or path changes, my script would break.

I have clear proof of an annual membership that seemed to be working fine until I logged in recently and it shows that my account is Basic (free), and no records show that I have a paid Pro account (on web browser logged in) except for an email with a receipt. 

It's the same email address that I signed up with.

At previous place of work I used to have Zoom as a part of my Outlook experience (i honestly don't remember if it was plugin or add-in - I'm not so big on these details) on my PC. And it used to be an option there - as you read an email - press the button at the top and turn the email into Zoom appointment. It would propose the same people to be in this meeting and will add Zoom information (link, etc.) right on top of the email chain.

I can't make anything similar currently at my new workplace. I have a Zoom add-in but it only let's me to start a new appointment from scratch. How do I fix it? Is it still an option?

I have developed a App for teaching purpose. So I want users to attend a zoom meeting who has paid for course. So how can I disable the other users to attend the same meeting? So the flow is, user will click on one button on my app, and they will  be redirect to zoom client (On web, Android and iOS) and join the meeting. So how can I achieve this?

Hey guys, I have a user in our tenant, that has turned off "only authenticated users allowed", which is a setting we allow in our tenant.

Unfortunately, no matter how we test it, externals still need to have a Zoom account in order to join her meeting.

I am troubleshooting against walls, and do not know, where else to look.

In the screenshot, you can see the setting, I am talking about.

I had an issue that shocked me a little and I was wondering if anyone has had this happen with the new updates?

My zoom updated on my computer and I didn't happen to have my camera connected which has never been an issue but when the presenter asked me to turn on my camera, I clicked on the camera button on my computer and the camera window didn't show me...I realized that's because my computer camera/mic wasn't plugged in. Silly me. But before I could plug it in to fix my mistake I realized it was actually showing a carpeted floor...who's camera is it showing instead?? It had automatically connected to the camera on my phone even though I was zooming from my computer and it connected to my airpods for audio since they connect to my phone but my airpods weren't in my ears. 

I felt like this was a violation of privacy that the zoom app on my phone would decide to be so smart that it turned on my phone camera since there was no camera on my computer. I assume that's why the zoom app did this. It sounds cool at first but I'm actually concerned now.

I and several people in the zoom meeting aren't able to see all of the chats that are sent. I am able to see all of the chats (I think) when I sign into the web version of zoom, but not on my app. 

I've tried changing settings but nothing solved the issue. Any suggestions on what to do?
