Hi Forum Folke, Couple of hopefully easy questions: first, is there any way for me to set which view the meeting comes up in? It's currently defaulting to "Speaker," but I need "Gallery." Not a big deal, it's easy enough to change, but if there's a way to set something somewhere so it does that automatically, it would be great. Far more annoying, I find I can't move participant windows; they're stuck where they are, AND they periodically re-arrange themselves for no reason I can see. Makes it tough to keep track of multiple screens of participants. Is this just the way it is with the Linux version, or do I have an issue? I'm running Linux Mint, version 21.1. My Zoom version is currently 5.14.5 (though I'm going to update right after this.) PC is a generic Dell Inspiron 17", about six years old.

My meeting notices are sent out one hour before the meeting, not when I email the participants. Searched around to see what notification delay button I must have inadvertently hit but cannot find anything. Suggestions? Thanks
I have the basic subscription which should allow me to have longer meetings, but cuts off at 40 minutes each time. I can call support with basic plan, billing refers me back to this platform. Please help. Thank you,
Some team members are suddenly experiencing their personal zoom link meetings auto-recording. How do we turn this off? We have gone to the personal room settings and "automatically record this meeting" is not selected. Is there another place this is set to record?

We had our Board Meeting on Tue; and now find the first one hour was not recorded. This is so painful.
Is there ANYWAY we can find the first one hour? Aarrgh. I wanna die.
I was just in a meeting with a video and a slide show, and I selected them to be separate. Is there anything that can be done to make the secondary window larger? For example, if the maximum size of the secondary window is limited by the resolution of the camera, we could connect a camera with higher resolution. Thanks for taking time to look into this.
I sized the second window to be as large as possible using the "SouthEast" arrow on the window, but it was very limited in size (less than half the width and less than half the height of my monitor).
I could swap the windows, and then the video was large but again the secondary window was small.
But if the size of the secondary window is "hard-coded", then we won't have any option.

I've never had a problem downloading a meeting recording to my computer so that I can upload it to my classroom website until now. I downloaded it like usual (I record them to the cloud), and I can't play it in QuickTime. I also need to edit the video before I upload it. Any help? I use a Mac.

I have a zoom pro account I use for meetings. Over the past two months, I have had scheduled meetings deleted from the Zoom schedule. I know I can change the password but would like to know who has my password before I change it. Does anyone know if it's possible to track who is deleting these meetings? Tks
