Can a scheduling delegate run an attendance report on their linked account? For example, Bill is Lisa's administrative assistant. He needs to produce a report on weekly education sessions that he scheduled on Lisa's account. Can he do this? The admins on our accounts can run these reports but it would be great to empower end users to generate these reports.

I recently reinstalled MAC OS Catalina on my MacBook. I installed Zoom and I cannot get Screen Sharing to work. It says I'm lacking permissions. I have tried I have MacOS 10.15.7 and Zoom Client 5.15.10 Any hep will be appreciated.
I go to System Preferences-> Privacy and Security,-->Privacy, --> 'Screen Recording' and ZOOM does not show up as an app that has asked for screen recording permissions.

I've been using the PWA with virtual backgrounds on my ASUS C536EA-BI3T3 Chromebook for the last 6 months. Today when I joined a meeting my image shows up in a circle in the center. This appears to be related to system requirements - yet I can't find what those requirements are on the site. And it's been working for months. What changed, and how do we get it fixed?

Hello, we are attempting to update our Zoom clients to the latest version but are unable to due to an error when attempting to uninstall the previous version. We encounter a "Verify you have access to this location" error and it is searching for the Zoom_v5.14.17466_x86.msi installer, which we don't have. We have downloaded both the x32 and x64 executables as well as both msi versions as well and have encountered the same error when installing. We have also tried the "CleanZoom" executable and still encountered the same. Is there a way to obtain the older version? Has anyone had any luck finding the old downloads? I have several computers with the same issue. 😞

I used to schedule recurring meetings with no end date or number of occurrences. Now I am forced to choose and end date or a number of occurrences. If I choose for example "End date: 50 occurences", then all 50 meetings are listed on the left under upcoming meetings. That is totally annoying. How do I get around that? Also, it used to say "this is an ongoing meeting - meet anytime". I don't see that option anymore either. If I pick a certain time or date, can I still meet anytime? Thanks for your help

We've recorded a meeting on the cloud with closed captioning, and we can watch it on the cloud and the CC shows. If we download it, so we can send it to our H.I. client the CC is no longer attached. Is there a way to keep it attached? Other suggestions? What is the best way to help our H.I. client? Thanks, Randy

What information is shown in a Zoom usage report for a meeting if people do not register for it? Will it show their email address? Will it show their name?
For the first time, I cannot hear the audio in a meeting that I regularly dial into. I do not know how to solve this. Help!
