The audio does not seem to be working on Zoom. There are virtual schools trying to do orientation and there is no sound on the zooms. the students cannot hear their teachers or their peers. Any suggestions? I did however notice that when you leave the zoom and come back immediately after, the video begins to work. And then if you do it once more, it connects to the audio.

Original Free Zoom worked flawlessly on laptop Win 10 PC. Removed (by Zoom?) . Signed up for $150/year version. Downloaded installer from website. Attempt to launch installer results in error message 'Cannot create temp folder archive.' Dunno if this is a PC error or Zoom error. Note am basically Mac user with limited PC experience. I have a meeting set up with 3 alternative hosts. I'd like them to be able to start the meeting independent of me. The meeting also requires registration of attendees. The cannot use the standard meeting registration link to register and get the meeting link - it rightly tells them hosts do not register. However, they are not getting the emails for hosts that contains their meeting information. Is there a way to get this meeting link so I can send it to them directly? Or is that not possible because it is a unique link for each host? I'm trying to work with our IT to see if we can find out why they do not get these emails as well...but a more immediate workaround is needed.

I have access to a recording and the password is not working to get into my recording. Help please :).
Can someone tell me why the Zoom Timer is available and can be enabled in the installed desktop Plugin Settings, but I've searched and visually scanned the web portal Settings and I can't see it in that list. Is it because it's a third party app that local zoom admins have to make available? This is really bugging me. It would be helpful to have a "why" to tell our employees so they aren't confused.

I have just purchased the meeting add-on for 500 people and wondered if it automatically applies to meetings that are already scheduled? I have a scheduled meeting that has over 100 people registered and need to ensure we have the capacity for it. Thank you!

Last week I was hosting a meeting in zoom and was presenting in powerpoint. When I was on the meeting chat to follow what was happening there, then my presentation froze and I could not click forward afterwards. I had to break the presentation and then go back in again. How can I follow what is said in the chat at the same time as presenting in powerpoint without this happening? I am in a microsoft plattform, not apple. and using the zoom app.

I`d like to know why the quality of recorded zoom call changes even within one call. Sometimes the image from my web cam is quite good, and sometimes it is not. In the attached files there are two screenshots that were taken from one recorded call, all the settings were the same. What is the issue? Is it my internet speed or something else? I use Zoom on PC, version 5.15.7 Any help and advice on how to improve the quality of video would be appreciated
