I joined a meeting using the browser and now can't find video recording of meeting.

I joined a meeting using the browser through a link that was forwarded to me by a coworker. I wasn't signed in to Zoom at all. I clicked "record" but the person who set the meeting up had to approve it. Now I can't find the recording. HELP! Show more

my meeting history

Hello, I want to know if what I am seeing in my meetings history are all the meetings I have scheduled, including the meetings that never took place, or if it is a list of all the meetings that actually took place. Thank you.

Is there any way I could enable a setting in Zoom so that any meeting I set up has closed captions turned on by default? If not, is such a feature on the roadmap?

I personally don't use closed captioning often myself, but I frequently have team members that find them useful and would like to make sure that any meetings I host has this feature enabled by default without them having to ping me as the host to enable it.

Original Sound: On

Hello! We utilize the Original Sound button for fitness classes and it is wonderful. It automatically turns "on" on one of my computers and "off" on another. How do I automate "Original Sound: On" for every meeting? Thank you!

Resolved! Are recordings in the same format for playback in the USA and Europe?

Physiacal videos in the USA are made in the NTSC format, and in Europe in PAL. But with Zoom recordings, is a recording playable in both continents without adjustment or transfer etc? (Example, a recording of Zoom is made in Europe. Can it be sent to... Show more

Physiacal videos in the USA are made in the NTSC format, and in Europe in PAL.

 

But with Zoom recordings, is a recording playable in both continents without adjustment or transfer etc? (Example, a recording of Zoom is made in Europe. Can it be sent to USA for playback with equal quality?)

Help! I recorded a Zoom meeting, but only audio files are showing up on the cloud.

Where are my video files? Why did no video files show up on the cloud?

I test-recorded from the same account, with the same settings, both before and after this meeting, and both recordings showed up as video (and audio) AND audio-only files on the cloud.,

So why does this hour-long meeting  only have audio-only files on the cloud?!

Where is my video file?!

This is an urgent matter and I need an answer NOW.

I am reaching out regarding an issue that a participant experienced during a recent Zoom meeting. The participant attempted to join the meeting but was unable to connect, even though the host confirmed that he had joined and started the meeting.

Upon checking, it was discovered that he/she did click meeting link before the scheduled time, as well as towards the end. 

As a result, we are requesting your assistance in investigating this matter further to determine why the participant was not able to connect to the meeting, despite both parties joining the session.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

can't connect to any meetings

I'm unable to connect to zoom meetins.  I'm told you must update to the latest version of zoom.  Please contact your IT Team to update.  I'm the owner/admin.  I don't have a check update on my user profile.  How do I update?
