what can a person do if a participant who is on a zoom meeting decides to end their life and we don’t know their information like number or location or last name. Does zoom offer an emergency solution to track that users location along with a 911 call?

Did Zoom get rid of side-by-side speaker view? The thing where you see one person large and the other participants are little thumbnails in a vertical column on the right side of the screen. I can't find it any more. I think it may still be offered in full-screen mode but I need it in non-full-screen. I am NOT talking about screen sharing. I am NOT talking about gallery view. I am NOT talking about when the thumbnails are in a horizontal row at the top of the screen which is stupid idea and colossal waste of screen space because it forces the main window to shrink whereas the main speaker can remain as big as you want if the thumbnails are in a column on the right side, which used to be option.

Again - there is lots of information online about the thumbnails on the right during screen sharing but that is NOT what I am asking about.

I have calendar permission to create zoom meetings for my boss. This normally works fine, but today, both meetings I created for her had me set as the host of her meeting? I created the meetings the correct way, but both times I had to start the meeting and switch my boss over as the host. I'm assuming I changed a setting, but I have looked and I have no idea which setting would do something like this. Any ideas?

I got a new computer (Macbookpro) and had to reload my desktop app. When I do a meeting, it says I have a 40-minute limit despite having already upgraded to the plus one plan. Any ideas on how I can get the desktop to recognize my upgrade? I have a ticket with support, but they have been very slow and unhelpful.

We deploy zoom outlook plugin msi through SCCM in our environment.  If we manually install/uninstall or go through sccm to upgrade a previous outlook plugin install we get these errors. The zoom cleanup tool doesnt work for the plugin.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to force remove the plugin so a reinstall can work? We are full IT admins for our org and there only a handful of these issues but they are growing.
