how do i mute the shared sound? usually there is a dropdown menu to mute the shared sound. but there is none at a few case

I am an online therapist. Sometimes when I am on Zoom with clients and I play music, they describe my microphone dropping in and out. I have a run a full diagnostic check on my equipment and all is fine. It isn't a WiFi problem because they can hear the music perfectly. My headset is cabled and so it isn't a bluetooth issue. I'm beginning to think that this may be to do with the settings on their computer. However, unless I know what is causing this, I cannot inform them of how to rectify the problem. Any ideas? Please help!!!!

Hi! I found that free subscribers that were passed HOST controls can retrieve cloud recordings from the original host's account. What if I was only a CO-HOST - can my cloud recording still be found on the host's account? Thanks!
Zoom meetings open by default in a certain monitor. How can we change zoom meetings to open by default to a specific monitor? I tried scouring the help but it seems like nobody asked this exact thing before. Very surprising since most people (1) have multiple monitors and (2) have different preferences for zoom meetings to load in by.
At some point I had this set to my 2nd monitor to open automatically.
But I accidentally moved the window pre-startup to a different monitor and now it opens on my primary monitor.
After I move zoom to a certain window it forgets the preference and just opens it in the primary/default place it wants to. This applies to the zoom scheduling window, meeting window, and even the dual monitor window.

Hello, I’m fairly new to zoom and not getting on great so far. I use zoom for online therapy but every time my therapist emails me or sends a zoom link it just bounces back to her. This has resulted in us having to FaceTime instead for the sessions which isn’t ideal. She hasn’t this issue with any other client either. Really hoping someone can help me figure this out, thank you!

Requirement: We need to send zoom invitation emails from salesforce and update there calendar using Zoom API. Process we followed: Basically we have created an oauth application in the zoom app marketplace (https://marketplace.zoom.us/). By using Client ID and secret, we have integrated into salesforce. Issue : We are able to create a meeting, However Invites not receiving zoom Invitation emails, and not updating their calendar as well. Endpoint - https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/***********/meetings getting success response. But Invites not receiving any email and did not update there calendar as well. Please let us know the end points which used to send invitation email and update calendar. Thanks .Body -

I was in a meeting hosted by someone else and asked to record. They accepted this. Where is that recording? It's not in the Zoom folder where all my own meeting recordings are.
