My camera will not work with my Zoom anymore any ideas on how to get Zoom to recognize my camera?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @RonFichtemann.

 

You don’t give me much to go on!  My first recommendation is to test it in other applications. Second, if it is a USB camera, unplug it and plug it back in. Third, check to be sure no other application is using the camera. 

If that doesn’t help, please provide more info such as:

  • Type of device: Desktop, Laptop, tablet, or phone
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11; MacOS (include version); iOS; Android; ChromeOS; Linux
  •  Connecting via Zoom Application or by Web 
  • Any other relevant information, including any error messages
