virtual background is projected onto me instead of green screen

I have a logitech brio 4k - using zoom with a green screen. Whenever I click I have a green screen with a virtual background the green screen remains visible and the image that is supposed to be projected onto the green screen is projected onto me? 

Cant figure it out at all...any ideas? Pic attached.

bluetooth audio and microphone issues

I generally use my laptop with zoom. Have started to have problems with bluetooth headset(s), one is Sony WI-C400, the other is Sennheiser HD200. During the pre microphone/speaker test, I get the tones and microphone sensing. As soon as the actual acceptance from the host, everything is dead. Have toggled through the various headset options on the zoom window as well as W10 systems 'sound' page. 

This hasn't always been a problem, quite regularly had used the Sony unit. Problem has become apparent about 3 months ago. Have unpaired/repaired the units without success. The only thing I haven't done is uninstall/re-install zoom. Headsets work fine on Signal and WhatsApp.

I see some comments re possible conflict with android phone mic, but if not using the phone not sure why there could be a problem. Haven't tried turning phone bluetooth off.

Any suggestions?

My zoom classes freeze using my new IPad 10S

I have been teaching yoga classes on my sunporch for three years. Until a month ago I used an iPad 7 and never had a problem with freezing. Speed tests say I have plenty of juice to teach the classes.

Now I am using my new IPad 10s and my classes are being ruined by freezing.

When I teach a class for the government even now, and click on the link they provide me, however, there is no freezing.

Could this problem relate to my Zoom account being weaker than the government's?

Why might the older IPad have worked well while the newer one doesn't?

What could be causing this problem and what might be the solutions?

IN-PERSON SUPPORT

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ZOOM IS ABLE TO SUPPLY SOMEONE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT DURING AN EVENT HOSTED ON THE ZOOM PLATFORM.
I NEED TO ALSO KNOW WHAT WOULD BE THE COST PER HOUR.

We are running a webinar in Italian with English consecutive interpretation in the main channel and have 6 other language interpretation channels. We require the Italian voice to be audible in the interpretation channels but the current configuration we are not able do so even with the original audio unmuted, as there is a 5-8 seconds delay after the interpreter finishes speaking. Has anyone encounter the same problem and found a solution? Thanks

No Voice recorded in Recording while Mic is working

When I am recording my meetings, No Voice is available while Mic is Tested and working fine upon Testing

How do I get a meeting ID back if it desappeared from my Previous Meetings

I recover each month from my Previous Meetings the ID for a transmission, but now, somehow it desappeared. I need to use that exactly ID for my meeting but it is not found in Previous Meetings, I dont know why, I even have the meeting in my recording... Show more

Can someone tell me the exact amount of time the Zoom Desktop Client stays signed in for? I need this info to document as part of an application review, and I can't find it anywhere. 

Besides clicking the Log Out button, what triggers the desktop client to sign out automatically?
