Looking for chromebook zoom PWA help. I've gone through all the articles and done all the things recommended and I am STILL so confused about how to schedule meetings that actually work on my client's end from the new Zoom PWA for chromebook. When I schedule a meeting from the new app, most of the time, my clients' will get a spinning wheel or"host is in another meeting" message if they try to connect from that link. OR, if I search for the email where I sent them the link from the calendar invite that zoom sent out and start it from there, it will take me to the old version of zoom that I'm not supposed to be using anymore even though I created the meeting in the new PWA app. The only way I can reliably get the meeting to work in the new PWA app is if I send an email with a link from the actual meeting. This is annoying since I work with students on a recurring basis and like to just have it set up ahead of time. I really miss the "personal meeting room" link they could just save and use every time. Anyway, is anyone else having these issues? I'm thinking of asking for a refund for August and changing to something like google meet because it has been such a mess and I'm starting to doubt that zoom will work on chromebooks anymore. 

Every time the video starts converting the CPU consumption is very low, around 5% on average. I have a pretty powerful CPU, an 8 core/16 thread AMD Ryzen 7700X and it is very annoying waiting a long time for a video to finish converting while the CPU is underutilized.

Does anyone else have the same experience?

I have used zoom for my Livestream. It's very convenient for my guest speaker. The only problem is the green border around speaker is distractive for my audience.  How can I remove the green border while speaker is speaking?

P.S. I only know how to remove the green border while sharing the screen.

I work in education. Next week, I'm hosting a speaker presentation -- I had to schedule it as a meeting because our org doesn't have a license for the webinar version. 

It's your typical Q & A, an interviewer (my boss) and the guest speaker. Here's where it gets tricky: during the presentation, boss wants me to go to gallery view at certain points during the presentation to see how many students have their cameras on. Problem is, the audience would see the gallery view, and not the speakers. 

Is there any kind of work-around for this? If I had a co-host, would that person be able to monitor the gallery?

Before I upgrade, I want to make certain which subscription levels include the ability to create audio transcripts. Specifically, does PRO include that feature? On one informational page it appears that it does, on another, it appears it is limited only to Business, Education and Enterprise. Although, the features list does not show it on any. Thanks.

We have setup a post-meeting survey for an upcoming Zoom meeting, and selected for it to automatically appear when the meeting ends. Are there further options, though, to instead have it appear as each person leaves, rather than when the meeting ends? And is there a way for me to have a link to the survey, if I also want to send a post-meeting email to everyone who registered and include a link to the survey? Or do I need to use a third-party survey tool in order to do those things?
