problem of my ZOOM recording

hi, i am a zoom license user. i am facing a problem in using this zoom software. everytime i conduct a meeting with the recording turned ON for 1 and a half hours, the progress can just be recorded for around 40 minutes -1 hour, and it stopped recording after that, even though the icon of recording is still showing that recording is still running.

at the end i could not get a full progress of my recording.

May i know how to solve this problem?
Can anybody help me solve this problem? thanks in advance.

    HI @Jasonlee78 welcome to the community! Can you please share whether you are using local or cloud recording? And if you are a pro, business or enterprise plan type?
