I keep receiving emails "Your account has used almost all the cloud recording" but I don't have any

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record ... Show more

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record and save locally.

I did had a PRO account last month (may), but I stopped paying this month (june). I did use cloud recording, but when I stopped my membership, the emails notifying me that I have userd almost all of the available recording keep coming , DAILY!

I hate it how do I make the emails stop??? Help.

I can't go into cloud recordings to "delete" videos because I have a basic account, I can't see any recordings I only see this: https://i.imgur.com/oZmTCxb.png

I don't want to "block" the emails coming from zoom in gmail because I do want zoom notifications. I only want to stop being notified about ""Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage""
I think it is a bug. I don't have cloud recording yet I keep reciving daily emails about it.

Participants only see results in percentage when host 'Share Results'. how to see counts as well?

Hi, 

After polls host shares results with participants. But participants only see the percentage displayed. is there a way so they can see the counts without sharing host's screen??

Zoom is not syncing meeting details with the connected Salesforce account through a webhook

We did configure the Zoom meetings. However, the sync does not happen irrespective of whether the invite's email address matches the user record in Salesforce.

Resolved! Can I edit which icons appear at bottom of screen, when I click the Restore icon, upper right corner

But when I click the Restore rectangles in the upper right corner, the Participants icon disappears. See screenshot here.  https://imgur.com/a/2ZeQfTL

 

Is there  a way for me to indicate which icons I want to appear at the bottom, or in what order they are removed, when I click the Restore rectangles?

Hi all,

I regullary take part to meetings opened by the same host/account, that set to ask the participants to give him the permission to activate their microphones.

I always deny permission but one of last times I allowed it by mistake. Now all meetings consider that it is given, I am no more asked to choose yes or no.

It already happened some years ago and then I found in my account a way to cancel the permission.

Something must have changed meanwhile, since now I cannot find it any more.

I hope that some of you can kindly help me.

Why does zoom not close out when i hit exit. It just sits in the background after i have used the the one common resource used to close applications. So why does zoom think its special. Why am i forced to right click on the taskbar. It's not that that is difficult, but this is my computer. Who does zoom think it is that it can just continue to go on. And the fact that there isn't a setting to change this just shows how terrible of a company zoom is. Then on top of that i can't even talk to an actual human to try to fix the problem.

Where is my meeting transcript?

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro. I had a meeting this morning and I can't figure out how to get the transcript from it. I did everything that the support page instructed as far as checking all the right boxes under Account Settings. Can someone help?
