Zoom Workplace Not Sending Email Invites
I'm surprised to learn Zoom Workplace app does not automatically send email invites. When you add emails creating a meeting, nothing is sent??! You have to manually send.

I tried to login to a meeting this morning. I had a message saying to upgrade to latest version 5.16.6 and to contact my IT admin for this. I cannot seem to get this resolved although I have followd the suggestion to go to my account profile. Any advice is welcome

I have a daily meeting for which I need to determine the peak number of concurrent participants who joined. From the reports, I can see the list of attendees along with their join and leave times, and while it’s possible to get a rough idea of concurrent participants by downloading the data and filtering the timestamps, I’d like to have a more practical way to view this peak. Please, can someone help me?
I need to access the report for this daily meeting 🙂

Hey Zoom Community, Has anyone ever successfully figured out how to appeal a 1132 error code or been able to contact an actual support agent from Zoom? I'm getting increasingly frustrated with Zoom because I need it for my job, yet when I "appeal" the error code, I get a generic response from no-reply email saying I violated the terms of use, which I did not. I thought I would be able to call Zoom support to talk to an actual worker, but it seems that Zoom makes it literally impossible to talk to an actual agent. I'm extremely disappointed with Zoom and, quite frankly, amazed at their ineptitude. If anyone has a solution to this issue that would be great. The only thing I can think of at this point is to buy a new laptop and use a new email to sign up for Zoom because they also ban your MAC address. Thanks

Hello,
We are migrating from the commercial cloud tenant and migrating to GCC High tenant. The domain name will remain the same. Are they any concerns or steps will need to take to ensure a smooth transition?
Thank you,
Mike
When I'm on a group zoom and the host plays and shares music, the music is distorted and bad on my computer. But everyone else hears it correctly. I tried Zoom tech support and I verifiied every zoom audio setting -- without success. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can hear music someone shares correctly on my Windows PC??? Thanks.

I changed my Meeting TOPIC to a new name. I saved it. I went back to the lisst of meetings and it is changed there in the list. When I click to go into edit the meeting, the name is correctly changed. Now when I go to the meeting REGISTRATION page, the meeting name is still the old, previous, incorrect name. The meeting TOPIC is not updated on the REGISTRATION page How can I get the REGISTRATION page to update correctly.

I had a Zoom meeting today that was recorded on my computer. My computer crashed at the end of my call (that's a whole different story). When I opened Zoom, it said I could convert my meeting. I clicked on it to convert, but it just sat at 0% and didn't move. So, I opened up the file location and tried to convert it manually - again 0% with no motion. Is there any way to convert the meeting without using the Zoom app? Or do you have other suggestions?

Who here is a good Detective? I've got a Home Office User who looks like they are faking Zoom Meetings from inside their house and using the same router. Every Guest IP Address is the same as the Host. Every Guest Location is the same as the Host. (even though they are supposed to be in different states) The Client # is the same for each Guest they have meetings with. I think the User is faking Zoom Meetings to make it look like they are working.

How do I change my settings so the Racoon Avatar is not the first thing people see on my video (I have to change it during the meeting, for some reason)? I have gone in (what seems like) a million times to 'Background and Settings' and tried to check for NO avatars, and it still keeps happening. I've gone out and logged back in. I've even tried to set to No Video at all upon entrance. PLEASE HELP!
