Hi! After signing up for Zoom Enterprise, me and my team are experiencing an auto blur feature every time we log into a meeting. We have to manually disable for every meeting, is there a way to correct this permanently?
I have an HP All in one 22 Its a windows 11 Processor name : Intel(R) Celeron(R) G5905T CPU @ 3.30GHz I'm able to use it on my phone, laptop and iPad but not me computer. please help I need to use blur background or virtual background for meeting.

I am using Windows 11 on a 2021 laptop. I enabled virtual backgrounds and selected one of the Zoom provided backgrounds (grass). When I get into a meeting and click the VIDEO icon it says Virtual Background but only shows blur or no blur. What should I do to get a virtual background? @JudyB1

Hello! Have you seen this issue before where the Zoom application taskbar icon has different visuals with a multi-display setup? I have attached a screenshot of the example. Have tested the following devices so far; OS: Windows 10 Device: Dell Latitude, 7420 Zoom version: 5.14.2 (14578) x64 OS: Windows 11 OS version / build: 22H2 / 22621.1702 Device: Dell Latitude, 7440 Zoom version: 5.14.8 (16213) x64 General troubleshooting steps taken: Reinstalled Zoom application on both devices (from Zoom download center), and had a general look in Windows display settings, if the 'Main Display' had an impact on this (it does not).

I have followed steps to download chat after a meeting has ended (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210615143-Viewing-stored-chat-messages-in-Chat-History#:~:text=based%20access%20control.-,How%20to%20view%20and%20download%20stored%20messages,tab%2C%20then%20click%20Chat%20History.) but am unable to see any history of my monthly recurring meeting. My monthly recurring meeting simply does not appear in Reports > User Activity Reports > Chat History. All help gratefully received.

Hello Two weeks ago I purchased Zoom One Pro Plan for a 1 month subscription to this plan but my group meetings still end after 40 min and when I go to edit my profile it says that my role is "owner" and user type is "licensed" but it also says that there are 0 licenses available which doesn't make sense because I've purchased this plan. How can I activate it? thank you
