Resolved! No zoom audio output from chromebooks

I have installed the Zoom PWA on three different chromebooks and there is no audio output using zoom on any of them. The discontinued app used to work fine. Unfortunately this app is completely useless to me.

I am the person in my team that set Meeting rooms for a series of educational webinars. 

 

These meetings are then saved in the Zoom cloud where I manually share them with other team members. 

 

During a period of absence, for example annual leave I booked, it can be very problematic for my team not to have access to the recordings. Is there a way for the cloud to be made accessible with my team members, specifying their account email? Or is there a way for Zoom to automatically share the recordings without me manually sharing the link?

Hi, all!

 

The subject says it all:  I scheduled a meeting, then I purchased a Large Meeting license.  Does that license apply now to the existing meeting?  Or must I schedule a new meeting to pick up the Large Meeting license?

 

I'm not sure, because when edit the existing meeting, or click to add a new one, and look at the meeting template, there's nothing like a selection for types of meeting.  I thought that there might be, unless having bought a Large Meeting license means that every meeting I schedule now is a large meeting.

Host doesn't get any e-mails after setting up a scheduled Zoom meeting?

Does Zoom not automatically send an invite e-mail to the host, beside invites, who set up the scheduled meetings? I never got any e-mail confirmations.

Bonjour, j'utilise zoom sur windows avec un micro casque usb. cela fonctionne parfaitement bien. par contre lorsque je lance le partage d'une vidéo en cochant la case "inclure l'audio", les participants n'entendent rien. Si je modifie dans les paramètres audio les haut parleurs et le micro  pour qu'ils passent par ceux de mon pc, les participants ont le son de la vidéo mais c'est inaudible...

Recording resolution too large when somebody with high screen resoltuion shares their screen

Whenever he shares his screen in the call, the resolution of the recording becomes too large and is then scaled down again which results in very small text. Can we set a maximum resolution for screen sharing in the recordings only?

I have a gig coming up that will need to have probably just 1 host account but will need to house 700 participants. This is be a Webinar I guess so that we can see all of the faces in gallery mode.

 

The client simply wants 4 TVs behind a speaker at a lectern. With just 49 ppl per screen, does Zoom allow you to scroll pages of participants in gallery mode?

 

Lastly, is there a 'mode' that keeps my activity out of picture and just lets the TV see the gallery? I don't want anybody seeing the toolbar, or what I'm doing in Zoom.

Good morning, 

Periodically, I cannot join or host meetings.  I get "zoom cannot open" code.  In the past I have uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled and it has worked for a while.  This time, to no avail.  I am also not even able to host from the browser.  I am telehealth therapist and am not able to see clients on my laptop, only my phone for the past 2 days.  Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone,

 

We have been using Zoom at our school for a few years now, but recently, we received a notification that you will be updating the token and migrating to OAuth or S2S apps. Since I am not from the web development department, I have doubts regarding the complexity of this change, especially because we have an API integrated with Zoom in our system.

 

My question is, what is the level of complexity for this change? Is it something simple, moderate, or complex in terms of developers making this alteration in our code?

 

Another question is, what would be the estimated hours required for this work? I need this information to determine whether the budget provided by the technology company aligns with this project or not, as I am not from the technical field and do not have a sense of the scale of this job.

 

I need these answers as soon as possible since the deadline is November 10th.
