I am having trouble with Zoom and Calendly working. Schedulers receive a hold in their Outlook calendar but no Zoom link. Then when I manually send a Zoom link, it is not working for some reason. Seems like the Zoom links created by Calendly are buggy.

I attempted to record a zoom meeting in HD. Both my guest and I configured all the settings to record in HD and I also ensured I contacted support to ask them to enable 1080p recording. When I am in view, I am full screen at 1920x1080, but when the view switches to my guest as the active speaker, the screen has black bars on both sides. I assume this means it recorded her at 4:3? I am editing the recording in Premiere Pro and am wondering what the best course of action is? Cutting the footage into segments and then rescaling my segments down to match hers would likely be time consuming and effectively reduce the quality of the footage when viewed on a large screen. Any other ideas or suggestions? I plan to post the edited video to YouTube.

Hi everyone, Im trying to livestream to FB or Restream and both give an error. I am logged in as the administrator, and "live streaming is turned on in the account and in my user account too! Please help! Clearly I have permission to stream as per the below screenshots - any idea what is happening? There's no check box specifically for linked in or restream....could that be it? Even though live streaming is enabled? Do I have to put something in the "specific instructions box?" Please help. Thanks!!
I am getting an Error when trying to livestream: "You do not have permission to live stream. (200)"
I did check and enable the custom live streaming option...

When I first start on zoom 3+ years, ago, all of the recording links had details labels, which indicated the subject for event name, the date and time of the recording, and the length of the recording. This was very helpful in sorting out multiple recording links each day, and making sure each of my groups received the correct recording link. About a year or more ago, Zoom did away with those recording labels-now it is just a random string of code/characters, with no ID to say what it is from. Because of that, I have made the mistake more than once sending the wrong recording to the wrong group. So why on earth would Zoom do away with recording labels? I have tried asking support and chat, but nobody ever bothers to answer that question. I can't be the only one who was dealing with multiple recordings per day, and found those label/ID's useful. Any reason for hope to get Zoom to restore ID labels for each recording?

Hello. I am using Zoom on a Samsung Galaxy A53 which has Android 13. I enter a Zoom meeting. Obviously the microphone cannot work in more than one app at the same time, but even after I close the meeting and close Zoom, my cellphone microphone does not work in another app like Voice Recorder or Shazam. To get my mic working again, I have to either reboot the phone or make a call and mute and unmute the mic, which is pretty ridiculous. Is there a fix for this? Thx

I had a Zoom recording stored in my account on June 1, 2023. It has just been removed by Zoom because of the 30-day storage period. Would it be possible to recover the recoding? Thank you.
I have several Zoom meetings filed in the documents section of my MacBook. When I highlighted JUST these meetings and dragged them to an attached blank portable disk drive, my entire documents section was copied unto the portable disk. If I try to erase the extra files from the portable disk drive by dragging them to the trash, they disappear from my internal hard drive also. What to do???

I want to link Zoom to Facebook groups so that I can livestream. However, it will only allow me to stream into my personal profile and my Facebook pages. Please can someone advise how to livestream into groups. I have followed all the advice and YouTube videos, which pretty much say the same thing, but there has been no joy with livestreaming into my groups. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I was wondering if I can somehow change the way that the cameras are set up on stream.
When somebody shares their screen, camera settings (on stream) are set to showing only one participant at a time. Participant that is showing is the one who speaks at the moment.
Can I somehow change the settings, so the video of all participants is visible on stream during screensharing?
