クラウド レコーディングを削除したが、何カ月も削除中のままで、レコーディングデータが消せない。レコーディングの削除中から進まない。
「アップグレード」をクリックして追加のストレージ容量を購入することも、「レコーディングを管理」をクリックしてファイルの一部を削除し、スペースを作ることもできます。とメールが届くが、一向に変わらなくて困っている。
対応方をご教示頂きたい。

Hi!
I was in a meeting with a host who was not recording but I hit record, she approved from the other side and I got the message which I THINK said 'it's recording' or something to that end. I did not read it, I just assumed.
After the meeting however there was no trace of the recording in my local drive or hers.
Is it lost? I am devastated to have lost the work from that session.

After many years of using the meetings reports function, the downloaded CSV has stopped showing the names of the participants - it only shows the number of participants....but not their names. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi All, Can someone help me with retrieving my recordings, please? Had 2 meetings this morning both recorded, but because I can't turn on my Security & Privacy in my system preferences, the recording won't convert. Need them for an assessment due tomorrow. Please see screenshots below. I am on a free Zoom plan as don't use zoom very often, just handy when studying.

Hello- I recently updated my software on Mac to Monterey 12.0.1. I had a Zoom meeting earlier today that I recorded and it did not convert. When I tried to convert it, it said I needed to give Zoom permission in System Preferences> Security and Privacy. When I went to the Files and Folder option, Zoom is no longer there and the + button is grayed out so I cannot add Zoom to my list of apps that I allow permission to access my files and folders. Does anyone know how to fix this? I wanted to get this meeting transcribed ASAP. I also have a Zoom wedding tomorrow which I do not want to mess up. Thank you.

During a meeting, screen share option won't let me choose between three different PowerPoint Windows--It only shows one PowerPoint screen (displayed as "Microsoft Office") with a number 3 under it. I need to see Presenter View while the audience sees Slide Show view. I can't differentiate between the three, and when I click on the "Microsoft Office" box, it is random which of the three PowerPoint windows shows up. How do I expand the option to select the correct PowerPoint screen? I am on a desktop, and only have one screen.

Our marketplace app creates Zoom meetings, and some of our customers have reported issues joining these meetings when they use Zoom Rooms Controller. Are there specific changes we would need to make in our requests to Zoom's API that would support users joining with Zoom Rooms Controller?

I purchased the Pro account recently and I want to schedule recurring meetings for two different groups I'm involved with. They do not overlap in time or attendees. However, it appears that when I create one, the other one disappears. It is overwriting the first one? or do I just not know where to look for it? Thank you for considering my question. Diane

Já há algum tempo não consigo entrar no Zoom pelo App do computador. Toda vez que tento entrar ele parece começar a fazer o processo normal, mas logo interrompe e surge uma mensagem dizendo: "sua sessão terminou e você precisa fazer novo login". Como resolver isso? Obrigado.
