I am able to add a new image to the backgrounds in the advanced settings but cannot access this in a meeting. Also, I cannot find my current version  and nor can I see an option to update Zoom.

I have a Pro account and am reluctant to delete and reinstall as suggested when I search - I have upcoming meetings scheduled and dont want to lose those.

Can anyone help?

49inch monitor recording

Hi, 
I have a 49 inch monitor and when I record my zoom calls to my computer for my membership site it plays perfectly for me on my computer screen.

My clients tell me that they have Black borders on either side and the screen is in the middle and showing really small with details hard to make out. 

I need to share the screen during the call and even when I just share the app's window Zoom records the large borders as well as if it's recording the whole 49inch image even though on my screen it's showing a smaller portion of my 49inch screen.

Are there solutions that you can point me towards?

recurring meetings issues

Out of no where, starting 2 weeks ago, when I would adjust a new meeting to be recurring, Zoom asked me how many times would it recur, what is the end date of the recurrence, and what day of the week would it recur on. As a result, the meeting shows ... Show more

Out of no where, starting 2 weeks ago, when I would adjust a new meeting to be recurring, Zoom asked me how many times would it recur, what is the end date of the recurrence, and what day of the week would it recur on. As a result, the meeting shows up many times, like 30 times.  Before this update or whatever it is, I would select recurring feature, and that would be that. There would be one meeting item in my dashboard that would remain indefinitely.  Any idea what happened? Is this an update or something else?  Is there a way around it? Why is it happening?

 

Also, I signed in today (7/12) and none of my meetings, meetings which had been there for up to a year in some cases, were there. Any idea?

I have updated the webinar banner image, but while sharing the webinar link on social media the old image is displayed instead of the updated image. I have re-upload the banner multiple times, but still, the link is reflecting the banner which was uploaded the very first time.

Please suggest a way out.

Now when I try to schedule a meeting it supposes I want one on the spot. And when – after five times – I finally get it to set a meeting on the correct date, it won't let me determine end time. I'm astounded that Zoom would change an interface that was perfectly fine to something that is now extremely problematic. It shows a complete lack of regard and respect for their customer base. I want to revert back to when it was working without issue.

When using the Zoom app on laptop I get flickers on my video (see attached). I don't get them when using Zoom browser (but when using Zoom browser I can't seem to get my audio functioning, along with a few other functions) . Any advice to make these flickers disappear?
I have good wifi and tested in different locations. I have used different webcams. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. updated drivers, checked MhZ, checked video settings (all suggestions from this forum)
I have a really important training session to deliver this week and would be so grateful for any advice!

what happened to editing recurring meetings?

I need to edit the dates of the recurring meetings and the calendar no longer offers that option.  Do I REALLY have to go to each individual date now to make changes?  for a year of recurring dates?

Been a Zoom user for years & I never take the time to ask these two questions:

1). In a regular Zoom meeting,  e.g. if someone types in the name of a book, I am unable to copy & paste  elsewhere. (I read some earlier comments about this & I am upgraded & not in Webinar mode).

2).  The backgrounds that I have saved in my account so not seem to match when I enter Zoom from different invitation links.  They stay consistent in my account if I generate a meeting but when I join someone else's the few backgrounds I have saved are not always available & I don't know why.  I'd like to have access to all the saved images to alternate as needed.
