49inch monitor recording

Glenn Hi,  I have a 49 inch monitor and when I record my zoom calls to my computer for my membership site it plays perfectly for me on my computer screen. My clients tell me that they have Black borders on either side and the screen is in the middle and showing really small with details hard to make out.  I need to share the screen during the call and even when I just share the app's window Zoom records the large borders as well as if it's recording the whole 49inch image even though on my screen it's showing a smaller portion of my 49inch screen. Are there solutions that you can point me towards? Thank you, Glenn
