Hi, I am unable to locate (if there is one) a VTT file after a recorded session. I have a paid subscription and saved the recording to the zoom cloud. Under Account Management-->Account Settings-->Cloud recording-->I have unchecked "record audio file only" and checked "save close caption as a VTT file" and "record active speaker with shared screen". 

Only one file returned, which is the recording itself, I don't get the option for any other files.

What am I missing?

How can someone else host when I am ill?

I have a paid ZoomOne account I use for a once a month writers group. I have a serious illness. How can I have a specific person from the group log on and host without my involvement if I am too ill to get out of bed. We practiced last evening and she could log on with my credentials, but got a pop up that saying that I needed to click Allow on my device in order for her to continue. If I were ill, I would not be able to click allow.

When I click my app to log into my Zoom it has three line now: Join Zoom,  second line says Sign up, Third line says, Sign in,  When I sign in it says "Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts.  Before this happed it was updating my Zoom account.  What do I need to do?

Auto Blurring on MacBooks

Hi! After signing up for Zoom Enterprise, me and my team are experiencing an auto blur feature every time we log into a meeting. We have to manually disable for every meeting, is there a way to correct this permanently?

Virtual backgrounds

Have you seen this issue before where the Zoom application taskbar icon has different visuals with a multi-display setup? I have attached a screenshot of the example.

Have tested the following devices so far;

 

OS: Windows 10
OS version / build: 22H2 / 19045.2846

Device: Dell Latitude, 7420

Zoom version: 5.14.2 (14578) x64

 

OS: Windows 11

OS version / build: 22H2 / 22621.1702

Device: Dell Latitude, 7440

Zoom version: 5.14.8 (16213) x64

 

General troubleshooting steps taken: Reinstalled Zoom application on both devices (from Zoom download center), and had a general look in Windows display settings, if the 'Main Display' had an impact on this (it does not).

Getting access to chat messages after a recurring zoom meeting has ended

I have followed steps to download chat after a meeting has ended (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210615143-Viewing-stored-chat-messages-in-Chat-History#:~:text=based%20access%20control.-,How%20to%20view%20and%20download%20stored%20messages,tab%2C%20then%20click%20Chat%20History.) but am unable to see any history of my monthly recurring meeting. My monthly recurring meeting simply does not appear in Reports > User Activity Reports > Chat History.

All help gratefully received.
