I own a zoom account. How can other people host meetings on my account without having access to my account information?
My husband logged in to a meeting using my laptop exactly one time. The next time I clicked on a meeting link in an email, it put me right in (didn't ask me to log in) as him. I thought for sure that wouldn't happen again once I logged out as him and in as me. But...whenever I follow an email link for a meeting, it ALWAYS automatically logs me in as him, even when the last meeting I was in, I was logged in as me. I have to exit the meeting every time, click on my zoom tab and log in as myself. Every. Time. I basically just can never click on an email zoom link or I'll be in as him. I have tried everything. I'm out of ideas!!! Could this be because his is a paid account and mine's a free account so his account (the ghost of his account?) is somehow taking precedence?? Or because he used zoom on my laptop before I had an account?

Hi everybody! I'm wondering if someone is getting an unbearable "crackling", "popping" noise when using live performance audio? I've been using it to teach singing online as to accompany my students at the piano realtime. I use a RodeCaster pro 2 as an interface and Logic Pro X to send sound through zoom. It works perfectly fine with Original sound for musicians, however it has this very annoying issue with Live Performance audio. I tested on 2 different Macs with different interfaces. The problem persists. I'm guessing this feature is messing with with something in the CoreAudio. Any ideas / suggestions? Is There any zoom engineer who could help me with this? Changing the buffer size on Logic or Ableton doesn't resolve the issue. The sample rate is set to 48.000hz across the board. I still get the popping issue even if I don't run sound through any DAW. Thank you

I have a paid account and use for professional trainings. I set up the meetings, no problem, but when I tried to start the meeting- was blocked with no alternative- "Update Required". I went to the resource center to find the latest update but it would not allow me to download and update my version. Searching in resources, i found I needed to submit a support ticket as my "level" did not have live help available. It has been several days and no response to my ticket. I am forced to switch to WebEx and Teams.

We are having a hard time figuring out how to use the interpreter tool. Does a new "room" open up?
Thanks
hello there, why do you throttle the speed to 8 MBPS when there's a Zoom update?
i have a 200 mbps fiber connection and it's always so slow when updating, is that intentional not to disrupt meetings or other activities?
thank you
Please tell me how to restore my yahoo mail contacts to my zoom account. Somehow it got converted to gmail and that does not work for me and my business at this time.
I heard free zoom account after 40minutes, i need to wait for 10min b4 i can restart the free session. Can anyone advise if this is true?
Not sure where the suggestion box is, or whether this is the right place to bring this up, but-- It would be great if Zoom could add the ability for an individual user to set a logo or virtual foreground while on camera, regardless of the user's chosen background. Like a foreground layer or some such. This way, I could have my team's logo displayed in the corner of my screen and still keep my background of choice, be it Blur, Natural or Virtual background. Thanks for your consideration!

I had to purchase a Large Meeting add-on to an existing recurring Zoom Meeting. The meeting is tonight. Despite purchasing the add-on, the recurring registration link is still not allowing guests to register for tonight's event.
