Loss of administrator functions

Since the "enchancements" there are several issues. I have a paid account, and as I write this i am hosting a meeting. I cannot mute anyone, I can't assign a co-moderator or moderator, nor any other adminstrative functions. When I click on the MUTE or the three dots, nothing happens. 

 

Also, when copying the invitation for a meeting, sometimes the date and time copy with the rest of the message and sometimes not. I hope these "enhancements" can be fixed.

No Chat in Windows Desktop Client

No matter which meeting/webinar I attend or whether I am host or not the host, I never have the Chat feature available when using the Windows desktop client. I cannot locate anything in the settings to fix this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstal... Show more

No matter which meeting/webinar I attend or whether I am host or not the host, I never have the Chat feature available when using the Windows desktop client. I cannot locate anything in the settings to fix this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop client with no luck. I have also entered the exact same meeting using both the desktop client and the web browser option at the same time and I have chat available to me on the web version but not the desktop version. 

 

I know for sure that these meetings do have chat enabled, but I am unable to see any of it or submit anything to chat.

Recurring meeting "no set time" feature not available on Mac app

I just updated my software and suddenly I can not select "no fixed time" for a recurring meeting if I am scheduling from my app on my Mac. If I go to the site, I can do it, but I don't want to have to do that every time. Any ideas? Thanks! Show more

Resolved! recorded Zoom meetings

Hello, I had a Zoom meeting today and the host called me. During the Zoom, I decided to record the meeting. In order to do that, the host had to make me the host. I didn't log in to do this. Now I can't find the recording. I just recorded locally and... Show more

I had a Zoom meeting today and the host called me.  During the Zoom, I decided to record the meeting.  In order to do that, the host had to make me the host.  I didn't log in to do this.  Now I can't find the recording.  I just recorded locally and NOT on the cloud.  Where is my recording??

When I try to add a virtual video background by pushing the + sign, my photo library will not show any videos to choose from it will only show photos, which I have no problem changing still photos.

I have verified that the box is checked in settings to allow video background.

The video is 4 MB and 1080. 

I am running IOS 11.something -big sur, also using iPhone 11 pro max. I cannot choose a video from either.

I am assuming my Zoom app is up to date on both.

Hidden participants

When we have meetings, and someone turns off their video, it will hide them. Is there a way to mute them automatically while hidden as well?

 

Resolved! My profile picture stopped showing when I turn off video during a meeting

It worked fine for months. Then it stopped - even though the picture still shows as my profile picture, when I turn off video only my name on the black background shows. I tried deleting the profile pic and putting it back in, but that made no differ... Show more

WEB Cam Problems

Is somebody else having problems when using the webcam? When I try to use it, zoom crashes and it kicks me out of the session...
