Hi,

I was on an very important and informative call that I pressed to record so I a can rewatch it again later to absorb all the info.  I didn't sign into my account and when the call finished it was finalising the recording,  when I can back to the screen all that had gone and the zoom sign was just there instead.  I didn't get a chance to save the recording anywhere which is what I assumed would happen.  Is there a way I can get this recording now at all?  I tried calling the support line but it just keeps saying they don't recognise my account.  

I am using Zoom SDK, Version - 5.16.10 and i am not able to launch the zoom meeting i am not getting success after passing the JWT token.

As the token which i am getting i am verifying it on https://jwt.io/ website also but it is giving Invalid Signature but after doing changes on my JWT token got verified also then i pass that token in my SDK also but still i am getting 

"tokenWrong" error. As i have tried multiple times but not got success also my client key and secret key is also correct as i have verified it also. So problem is that after passing correct token also i am not getting success . Please help me!!!

We are a K-8 school and host family education zooms for families.   We started providing simultaneous interpretations for Spanish.  Best practice in interpretations is to provide a video for the families.   We downloaded the video and audio, but do not have the recording from the interpretation channel.  How do we get access to that?  When we started the interpretation, the recording started. 

If there is not process, does anyone know of a work around?  Will this be a feature soon?

I have situations where I need people to be able to "vote" during a zoom call.  The issue is that only qualified people are allowed to vote and the zoom meeting is open to many.  Is there a way for only qualified people to "vote" on issues and not allow persons that are not qualified - not vote. ?
