I have never had this problem before. But i am trying to move one meeting to another day. I keep getting and error code "REQUEST FAILED STATUS CODE 401. any advice please?
Hi, There is a subtle background blur I can't get rid of. The Blur My Background option is disabled. Check the screen capture attached: unprocessed video feed from the camera at the right, and Zoom's at the left. I tried multiple cameras and software, and I'm very positive that Zoom is adding that soft blur. Any idea why this is happening and how I can get the full unprocessed video feed on Zoom? Zoom 5.14.7 b18149 Looking forward to any help you can provide. Thanks!
Note that the blur is really soft compared to the Blur My Background effect.
My specs are:
MacBook Pro M1 Max 16'', Mas OS Ventura 13.4.
Cameras I tested:
Logitech Brio 4k, Display iSight, FaceTime HD Camera, iPhone 14 Pro Max Camera

I click on Join Audio and only the phone call dialog comes up. I can no longer join via computer audio (which is what I want) even though I have computer and phone selected in the settings. I can't use my account like this! See screenshots for current settings and what comes up when I create a meeting and try to enable audio.

Hi - just wondering the point of the $100 per month audio conferencing options as opposed to the pay-as-you-go option? It seems like you are paying $100 no matter what, and you still get charged if you go over the usage limits. Am I missing something or a benefit that I'm not aware of right now? We have Zoom One Business license and the $100 audio conference add-on currently.

When I join a call, the box with my name is black. Someone in the community said they logged in first the joined the meeting and their profile pic showed. I have tried that. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Today the pic was there then it disappeared. Sometimes when I log in first then try to join the call it asks for a passcode. Most of the calls I join don't have passcodes. This entire process is tedious. Is there not a simple way to join a meeting, set my disiplay name and have my profile pic show? During the meeting I clicked on my box in the call and selected change profile picture. It showed my profile pic. I selected save. The box is still black.

Quick question here... I have multiple Webinars every Tues, Wed, Thurs, times are the same, 7am, 10am, 1pm, with the exception of Wed, a webinar at 3pm is also offered. Is there a way to create a 'single' registration page for ALL of my available webinars that I can share with attendees? That way they can pick & choose any day / time that suits them best. Thanks in advance for your knowledge drop!

Can I schedule a meeting for another user/users?

Hi all, I have a zoom pro account and my secretary has a free zoom account. I would like my secretary to book zoom meetings for me. The problem is that if she does this with her free account, the meeting will be limited to 40 minutes, while the meeting should last an hour. Is there a solution ?
Thanks
Christophe
