When I go to studio effects, there are no Eyebrows or Moustache&Beard options, and the Lip color, while present, doesn't get applied. I can do backgrounds and blur. I have the latest version (5.10.4 (5035)). Any suggestions on how I can get studio effects?

Last week, I arranged an online conference as a Zoom Webinar. I recorded the webinar, and would like to upload the recording online for those who couldn't attend our conference. The webinar was recorded locally, not in the cloud. When I double-click the zoom file to convert it to mp4, it crashes after exactly 40% of file conversion. I have tried several times with the same result. I have updated Zoom and Windows. I have tried starting a new meeting, started recording, replaced recording files in my new meeting with the ones from the conference and then ended the new meeting, but the file conversion crashes at 40% nonetheless. Do you have any ideas on how to fix the recording file? I don't know if it is corrupt or what has happened. The only error message I get is "Zoom quit unexpectedly". A tmp file (452 962 kb) is created before the conversion crashes. Is it possible to convert the tmp file to mp4, using some kind of software to save at least part of the recording?

I have used the Zoom extension for Firefox for years. Very handy! Now it doesn't work. When I click "schedule a meeting" it schedules a meeting in G-cal but doesn't provide a Zoom meeting link. I have removed the extension, re-downloaded from Zoom, and re-installed. Same behavior.

I have lots of saved meetings so really don't want to uninstall and sign up again, help much appreciated
I need to take interviews on the free Zoom iOS app on my Macbook Air. There will be multiple meetings (more than 50 maybe) and all of them will be recorded. There will be 3 participants in the meeting (including the host) and the meeting will be in gallery view. The recorded videos will then be edited and shown to the higher ups. I need to know if this can be done on the free version of Zoom iOS app. Or should I go for the paid version?

I've been in Zoom meetings where a remote user begins sharing their screen and it causes the meeting to go into fullscreen mode on my computer. I don't want that to happen. The meeting should stay in a window until I decide to go to fullscreen mode. It didn't used to do this, but I see this happen now when I started using Zoom on a new computer. How can I prevent Zoom from automatically going to fullscreen mode? Looking at the Zoom "Settings" window, under the "Share Screen" section, I see an option for "Window size when screen sharing". It has the choices "Fullscreen mode", "Maximize window", and "Maintain current size". It's unclear to me whether this applies to when I begin sharing, when the remote user begins sharing, or both.

Hello - I'm so confused and need some help please! I set up a zoom link for others to register for a zoom meeting. Each of them enters the zoom meeting with my name and then needs to rename themselves! There must be a setting that needs changing. Thank you for taking time to help me figure this out! 🙂
