Hi, I used to have ZOOM PRO but cancel my suscripciĆ³n 2 weeks ago but now unable to see my recording sessions, so where this info went?

Reverting to a Basic account will make all Cloud recordings inaccessible, but Local recordings should still be available in the place where they were created on your computer.

my host provided me a recording of last class.
it is not opening in chrome browser mobile.
Version of mobile chrome browser: 115.0.5790.168
Error says: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
could you please help me on this?
