Hello, how do I download a copy of the BAA?
I have had an account for several years under ***********....owner Mac Gervan & Associates Ltd.... This email address 'reports' to ***********( the actual email address) and if I need to reset my password etc, when I use *********** it often take 10-15 minutes for google to check my secondary account so often by then my time has expired and I cannot change password etc.... So...I tried to change my email address on account to *********** ended up with 2 accounts , one *********** is a pro account and the other an hour restricted account...and I can't seem to keep them straight and have people having trouble checking in and then get limited to 1 hour... So, the simplest solution would be to get rid of the ***********, but would prefer to use this account from now on... Any suggestions??? can I switch my pro membership to the other email address?? or if it is near end of my year subscription, should I cancel the *********** and upgrade the other address??? ---I use my computer and my ipad for zooming... can you help me here thanks mac gervan 613-541-9058

Ipad version doesn’t load background images anymore. Has to always be loaded manually when starting a meeting which defeats the purpose of having background images. This is typical Zoom practice of patching and upgrading software then they keep breaking things. No useful way of letting Zoom know they broke it. Chatbot is so stupid it is worthless to use but it does show Zoom is going after money like all greedy corporations eventually do by not providing customer service. Can anyone let Zoom know they broke the app? Can’t get any help at all from Zoom.

Hello guys
i have a Business subscription and when and I'm logged in by owner account i can't turn off pass code because it locked by admin i don't know what i can do , any one can help me please !??
I have a small tuition business with about 40 children who come to 9 different groups. I've been using Teams and its driven me mad so I've made the change to Zoom. I have paid my £150 for the year in the hope it will make life easier. I feel like I've learnt enough about how to run the meetings - but before I spend time setting up Scheduled groups - I'd like to know if I can simplify the codes given to the parents so they are all the same and they just join when it is their time? That way, if they move group for one week they will not end up with different codes. Also when I make a meeting - do I actually have to write each person's email in individually - even if I've set them up already in my zoom contacts? Surely there is a tick option. I'd appreciate some help. Helen
