We've recently noticed this backdrop appearing in our Zoom Waiting Room. People aren't too wild about the appearance of it. I personally think it's fine but others requested that I look into it.

Hello, We use Zoom for focus groups for our academic research. We have a confidentiality requirement to scrub all participant names from all information, data, and files related to the research. However, we've noticed that in our account, the meeting reports contain the participants' original names (before we changed them to assigned code names during the meeting). We cannot find a way to destroy the meeting reports. Please advise. How can we destroy or anonymize the meeting reports? We don't want to download the meeting reports: we just want to remove them from our Zoom account to tie up any loose ends and ensure there is no place at all where our participants' names are identified.

Using Win 11, OBS 29 virtual Camera with latest release of Zoom. In OBS I can change from one scene to another, but Zoom will not change. I can only use Zoom with the original scene selected in OBS. This is severely limiting the benefit of Zoom. Has anyone else had this issue? It started after moving to Windows 11

Two questions:
1. Is there a calendar system within zoom we can use, or it just integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, etc?
2. And, with our normal account, do we get use of Calendly (besides the basic Calendly package)?
thank you
Frequently in fairly large meetings, we'll want to have a structured discussion. A number of people raise their hands, and we want to go through them in order and address the questions or topics that each wants to discuss. Others might want to contribute to an ongoing discussion (rather than start a new one), and so raise their hands. But there's no nice way I've found to distinguish "My hand is up to start a new discussion" from "My hand is up to contribute to the ongoing discussion." Is there a nice way anyone has found to do this?

Why do the animations on my presentation turned purple while sharing it during a zoom meeting?
Every time I press save on scheduling a meeting, Mozilla Firefox opens automatically and takes me to Gmail. I do not want it to do that. I do not need Zoom to open my browser for me. Firstly I do not use Mozilla Firefox anyway. And I have my own system for sending out emails. This is highly irritating and there do not appear to be any standard settings that I can find that speaks to this. Please help.
