recently I cannot reschedule an outlook meeting that has a zoom meeting. I will reschedule the meeting and it will appear to move for <30 seconds and then reappear at the original time.

recently I cannot reschedule an outlook meeting that has a zoom meeting. I will reschedule the meeting and it will appear to move for <30 seconds and then reappear at the original time.
I would like my personal meeting ID to be the same for all of my scheduled meetings. Every time I schedule a meeting, it produces a new meeting ID. Can I change this to my personal meeting ID? Thanks
I'm using Linux Mint 21.2 and never had a problem with screen sharing, (sharing a video). I downloaded and installed Zoom Version: 5.16.1 (8561) 64 bit on Monday 9/25/23. Zoom works until I attempt to start Screen Sharing. The video plays fine until the Screen Sharing process tries to start and then the video player crashes and Zoom sometimes crashes along with it. I tried using VLC and Haruna and both crash immediately. Tried uninstalling and re-Installing Zoom but to no avail. Can I install a previous version of Zoom for now? Need help as I sometime run a Zoom Meeting.

OS: Linux, Ubuntu 23.04 Zoom version: 5.16.2.8828 For accessibility reasons due to a visual impairment, I run at a low screen resolution of something like 1024x768. When other meeting participants running at higher screen resolution share their screen, the "Fit to screen" view option is of course blurry and too small to read. So I use: View Options -> Zoom Ratio -> 100%(Original Size) This zooms in to a readable screen size, and should allow me to use my mouse to drag and move the zoomed in area. Sometimes this works when the first participant starts sharing. This seems like a bug. I have tried various options in Settings and screen sharing.
When the first participant stops sharing, and another user starts sharing, I can no longer drag / move the zoomed in area.
Instead it will still zoom in 100%(Original Size) but I can no longer drag with the mouse to move the viewport zoomed in area. Instead it is stuck zoomed into the top left area of the shared screen. At that point it no longer allows using the mouse to drag the zoomed in view to other areas of the screen shared by the other meeting participant.
I have tried switching from full screen, switching to side-by-side mode, etc. Nothing fixes this.

i accident delete permanently recording of my meeting, so what is solution and how i can get back the recording again?, because the recording is important for my job
I was hosting a zoom help desk for family history with screen sharing enabled for all participants. Someone joined the zoom help desk but seemed to not have a share screen button. He read me all the buttons across the bottom of the window, "chat, reactions," etc., as well as the "more" button topics. No green share screen button. He was using a new Macbook. He was a first time Zoom user. Is this even possible? How can we fix this? Thank you.

similar to Microsoft teams, do we get notification saying that meeting started
if the host starts meeting 10min late , how do we identify or know is the meeting started or not??
I recently recorded a meeting and I am having some trouble accessing the transcript. Even though I can download the video or audio version of the recording, I can't seem to find a way to access the transcript. Would you be able to assist me with this? If there are any additional steps I need to take or if there's a known issue with accessing transcripts?

Hi, I have a recurring meeting which I used till a month back. I can see the meeting when I login through the application but I cannot see it when I login through web portal. Actually I want to reuse the meeting id for further meetings. Can anyone help in getting the meeting back in web portal.

Hello, I've been using zoom and recording my meetings for almost a year without any problems. The last two meetings that I have recorded I have received this message, "Failed to Convert Recording: There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later in Meetings>Recorded." I went back to where my meeting recordings are filed -- I have a "double_click_to convert_01" and "double_click_to convert_02". When I double click I get the above message. There is no recording that is still in progress -- or shouldn't be -- meeting one with failed recording was on Wednesday and meeting two with failed recorded was on Thursday. -- plenty of time to have completed the first recording. Please advise.
